That's why there are rules about only being able to declare after two people have gone. That's naturally a given rule.

i declare everytime someone declares infact,if no one is declaring i will declare

Maybe i'm just old fashioned, but I check to make sure at least two people, other than my self, have gone before I declare.

But now its just a chain and takes about 2 hours to get to someone, it shouldn't be declare chains there stupid. Nice work guys, cant wait for the zombies to come =D
