It was like that most of i36 as well, even when people set their steam to download from Ireland
i always got a constant 15MB/s download from steam at i36. The net just needs time to sort itself out, either that or go bitch to `FiRe :D
Is that ijyt fixing his pc´?
Think so, what i wanna know is what is broken?
IIRC it was overheating, his fans were in the wrong way.
IIRC it was overheating, his fans were in the wrong way.
How the hell do you put fans in the wrong way? The air flows towards the built-up side almost 100% of the time, and most have airflow arrows. Poor guy.
Who's the ginger?
Who's the ginger?
Cosmic Duck
Cosmic Duck
Bengley, tell Cosmic Duck to tell Lithifold 'hi'. thanks.
How the hell do you put fans in the wrong way? The air flows towards the built-up side almost 100% of the time, and most have airflow arrows. Poor guy.
No, it's not the fans. Trying different configurations to see if it'll help lower ambient temp in my case. Problem is whether the fans are set up as outtake or intake, it's still cycling the hot air in the room. So I pretty much can't do any gaming until it's cooler outside, i.e. at night when they turn off the lights. Vista keeps freezing because (I think) my CPU is overheating (60C idle, 65-70 load). That or my OTHER RAM stick is also faulty, which would just be total fail. But it's probably the CPU. I bought a new heatsink but I'd have to take off the mobo to install it, and I don't have any thermal paste either.
