I hate when you guys take this lightly and say he isn't going to do it. The point is we don't know if he is or not. We all know what kind of people go on 4chan, losers and depressed teens. I am glad that OP did something because it's better to be safe than sorry, and when we turn on the tv and see he prevented many lives being lost, you will see how good it was to act.
Even if he was bullshitting, he deserves to have a brush with the law, hopefully it will scare him shittless to do stuff like it again.
