that'll only help you last longer.
go for a run
not a jog, fucking run
I run at least four miles every day and after I do I just steamroll shit left and right
Sometimes I think I have ADHD.
I'm in the same situation: I feel like I'm fucking my life over, even though I am conscious that I'm doing. I just can't do anything about it.
I'll try Uberlad's tips - now
Try it, you have a bigger chance than me.
I have the same you described, But I also have a bigger issue, I have sleep disorders.
I sleep and I won't rest much.
12 hours feel like 30 minutes of sleep
Whenever I get bored, or everything stops for a while, I sleep.
Problem was solved w/ music, then everyone got pissed off at it, and I had to stop with the music, and back to square one.
I fucking hate that, it's fucking bad, having the feeling of hopeless and despair, even though I know I have enough smarts to do WHATEVER I want, I feel screwed by myself, and I can't even change that.
Johnny, do you drink drinks with caffeine in them? I was the sane until I slowed down my intake.

I take 2 250ml cups every morning.
They have NO effect on me, but I still take em' afraid that it might go even worse in case I stop :/
Try drinking smaller ammounts each day and test it.
It's can't hurt to try.
Lots of caffeine and loud music always makes me happy. Not really productive though.

Will try it on monday, before I go to work
Wait, Productive and Creative are two different things, Productive is when you do stuff like schoolwork and stuff (which most do not like doing), creative is when you do stuff like building a treehouse, or metalworking (which is stuff i like to do)
I like this thread,
What's with the Adderall tough?
Can't seem to find much about it.

It's a drug prescribed to people with ADD/ADHD that increases focus.
I have trouble concentrating with online classes

I have trouble concentrating on school work.
What I do is jump off my chair and do 20 push-ups. Make's me feel better.

This is very interesting. I drink a LOT of coffee because i love it, never really in order to try and stay awake. I sleep fine and that isn't a problem, but i have everything the OP says. I always assumed caffeine would have the opposite effect so it would not be the cause of tiredness/laziness.
Have a small breakfast with a lot of water.

I almost never drink water. How would that help?
Completely isolate yourself.

Properly hydrates you. The small breakfast is that we need food, but too much food means our body works more on digesting the food than anything else.
Or something like that. I generally go "fuck it" and have a massive breakfast/lunch and suffer the consequences - normally by not getting anything done in a day.
well then stop drinking so much red bull
contrary to popular belief it doesn't give you wings and just makes you hyperactive.
My brain is redbull.
Playing Minecraft definitely gives you that productive mood, but playing it is actually quite counterproductive.
Usually when I have that feeling, I am less likely to do schoolwork. Do something important maybe, but I guess I don't see schoolwork as important.

It's an addictive stimulant.
I love the taste of coffee too, but my schoolwork is more important than my addiction, so when I have shit to do, I don't drink as much.
Take a walk. Drop your gaming for a day or two and just do stuff. Exercise is the most important method to feel good.

If you don't see it as important, and you don't get good marks, drop out.
There's no point doing something you don't like only to go to uni and continue to do that thing.
Buy 5-HTP supplements, and take one a day. They basically increase your serotonin levels, and you'll be more optimistic and in a better mood overall

It's probably a well-known technique in game design to make the players forget that they're wasting time. Achievements, levelling up, unlockables/collectibles, building, resource gathering and all that sort of thing.
Do what you love, think out what you are going to do.
and don't smoke weed
hah i could wank 20 times a day and still have that problem
you'd also have a blood jizz problem
