Your ISP probably has a fair usage policy in effect so the speed drops during peak times.

Are you using sky internet? that's awful.
Sunday Evenings are apparently the global peak time for Internet use. ISPs tend to throttle you in the evening and early night to save dosh.

My ISP (Karoo) lets me download stuff at 1.7MB/s from midnight till 5PM, then from 5PM till midnight it caps to 1.2MB/s. On sunday evenings it falls alot more (usually to 200-500KB/s range).
Give us your IP, we can sort all this "Slow" business out.

It crashes constantaly
Every 5 mins you need to reconnect
On my computer it takes 2 min to load a webpage
Everyone on my block is fucking leeching off ours because our pass is my adress
Heavy traffic load at a peak time like 6....
We wouldn't want it to blow up though, now would we.
