Probably some rock cocaine made from baking soda
[editline]13th August 2013[/editline]
probably
Wasn't really sure what to post since obviously everything just sounds normal to me, so I just sorta stole the Tumblr accent challenge thing:
What is it called when you throw toilet paper on a house? TeePee-ing
What is a bubbly carbonated drink called? Pop
What do you call gym shoes? Tennis shoes
What do you call your grandparents? Grandpa/Grandma
What do you call the wheeled contraption in which you carry groceries at the supermarket? Shopping cart
What is the thing you change the TV channel with? Clicker/ Remote
Other than not, I'm not sure. Thirsty is same as OP, same as ratchet. "Finna" means "going to", "bougie" (sort of short for bourgeoisie), means "stuck up, pretentious". People around here use "dank" for anything that tastes or smells good. It's hard to say what the slang around here is because I don't know what I call differently than others. OP should make a list of things and what we call them, like the Tumblr thing.

Also from Detroit
That brings more words to mind
sacks = marijuana
I heard a rap song saying "I take sacks to the face whenever I can"
That's just begging to be taken the wrong way.
I use alot of slang over steam and while talking to close friends, with acquaintances and people of authority I don't.
'I got 5 on it' is such a good fucking song though
I like the word "Dosh" (means cash), commonly used in the game Killing Floor. Actually most UK slangs sound great to me.
you'll be disappointed
i'm in england and i rarely hear the word 'dosh' outside of only fools and horses
'I got 5 on it' is such a good fucking song though
5 on it: having 5 dollars to buy some weed, maybe your friend also has five for a good 10 sack or maybe your friend already has weed and you don't want to seem like a mooch.
Australian slang:
Mate - Stranger, foe
Cunt - Your best mate
Durry - Smoke
Darb - Smoke
Dog - Person who betrays you
Root - Sex
I think that's most of them
A send-off is someone that's like "OH YA BRU I GETS THE MOLLYS CHEAP AS FUCK ILL SELL U A QP HERES MY NUMBER" then they never hit you back about it. I hate send-offs.
I've caught myself using "bru" to refer to friends or acquaintance before. Watched Blood Diamond one too many times.
Facepunch is so full of Septic's it's unbelievable.
I'll let you work that one out.
Rhyming slang, the best kind of slang.
rhyming slang is the dumbest shit because everything can mean anything
Cockney rhyming slang is rather peculiar but at the same time quite comedic.
Except YOU'RE NOT MEANT TO SAY THE OTHER WORD, you berk.
Conveniently, berk is also cockney rhyming slang, short for Berkshire Hunt. Guess what it means?
The best part is, berk on its own is a very mild insult, something you'd say to your mate who'd forgotten a can of Coke or something.

I know berkshire hunt is cunt but shortening it to berk is just ludicrous because berk and cunt don't rhyme
[editline]14th August 2013[/editline]
same with septic. just because tank rhymes with yank doesn't mean that you should add whatever word you like to the beginning of it. just call us wanks if you want to do some clever rhyming instead of making a cock of yourself like that
"Twenny" instead of twenty.
"no idea what you're on about mate" is probably permanently ringing in the ears of everybody who has ever used rhyming slang
strayan slang around here is bad af
dart/durry = cigarette
stick = $25 of weed

roll = to start a fight on someone, usually involves a large group against one person ("got rolled by some derros in the 6163")

staunch = fight someone
goon = cheap wine that comes in a sack, $15 for 4L of very strong alcohol makes it the drink of choice for pretty much anyone on a budget or rich kids trying to be ironic
dole/dole bludgeoner = welfare/centrelink, a bludgeoner is someone who lives off it or uses it as their main income
waster/wasteman = someone who doesn't do anything with their life, often used to refer to someone who does a lot of drugs but has no motivation to do anything else, not necessarily a bad person
graff/graffer = graffiti/someone who does graffiti
pretty much every time I go out I hear someone say something a long the lines of "yeah unna dard u wanna smash cunt i'll get my 6163 boys n roll u cunt"
"Twenny" instead of twenty.
that's not slang
that's not slang
Whoops, dunno why I thought it was.
10 spot: 10 euro worth of weed/hash
50 bag: the most common amount bought 50 euro worth of weed
Story fiend: Hello, what's going on
Give us a gurch: let me see
Yurt: Fantastic/Nice
It was 90: It was very fun/good
Banjaxed: broken beyond repair
I catch myself using slang and then distorting it to my own whims completely subconsciously.
A few years back i would say "hey bro", then it turned into "hey brew". A year ago i realized I've been saying "hey brewski" and nowadays I find myself saying "hey brewschev"
Oh that reminds me. East coast US will say 'dead-ass' short for dead ass serious.
I've really only heard or say this in the context of someone asking me if I'm serious.

Schwag is low quality herb here in Georgia, that and nutter budder.
Weed seems to be called "flowers" a lot in the California dispensaries here lately
Recently, I tried to connect better with the gay black community. Through making these connection on a forum, I've heard these slang terms used among gay black dudes. Some of this is not exclusive to gay/black dudes. I don't use these terms personally.
Trade - A discreet masculine gay man. A man who messes around with other men, but no one would ever know by looking or talking to him. Used by gay black men to identify masculine gay men or DL Brothas. (Urban Dictionary)
Paid/Pay Dust - to actively ignore someone or something that would otherwise warrant attention. Sometimes it's not totally ignoring them/it, but instead responding to them/it in a not-so-concerned (care less) manner usually because of the inane nature of the thing.
*Obama paid the birther dust when continuously asked about his citizenship at a press conference.
Tea - Gossip or personal information belonging to someone else; the scoop; news. Used within the urban gay community, "tea" signifies a piece of sensitive and possibly highly sought-after information or tidbit. (Urban Dictionary)
*Spilling someone's tea means to publicly divulge their information (usually negative personal information). Julian Assange and Edward Snowden are international and professional tea spillers; they're like the revolutionary Boston Tea Party -- they know how to spill the shit out of some tea. Tea is never that big, but I though it would be a good example.
Shade - Acting in a casual or disrespectful manner towards someone/dissing a friend. Noun form = illegitimate behavior; Verb form = typically accompanied with the word "throw" or "throwing," as in to "throw someone shade" meaning to act shady, fake, or funny around or towards them. (Urban Dictionary)
Read(ing) - To tell someone about themselves, mostly used by gay black men. (Urban Dictionary)
*Reading often involves shade.
Clown - to make fun of someone or something often to the point of humiliation.
Paint - (warning this may be disgusting) [sp]To cover a penis with residual fecal matter during anal sex.[/sp]
Mostly English stuff I suppose
I probably say peng too often. Call mates bruv.
Where I'm from swag means something is shit.
90% of the time I hear the word Swag it's used sarcastically, thankfully
