What about the scientist?
He'll be stuck with two insanse guards who want to get bugs off of them. Bare in mind they are armed and the bugs are blurring there vision - the scientist has nowhere to go. He will go insane, be eaten by a shroud of locusts - or killed by friendly fire.

Yup.
Just spriting some insanity sprites for him, where he is covered by too many locusts to look humanoid. He can use them like an infection, :D

Vis steps out of the SCP containment room on the West Wing near the doctor and SCP-1000. Vis, of course, was only a nickname he had amongst the other guards (presumably due to constantly wearing a visor with his gear). He makes sure the door locks behind him and speaks with the good doctor:
