Perhaps in the next episode he meets her again, before the events of the first episode?
No it's him who has met her before. Possibly in one of the games set before this episode. Or one of the many times he left Amy and came back late.
Righty, I've printed out a series of pictures of the Weeping Angel in the episode where it's changing position on the video loop, and since I'm fairly good at sketching I'm gonna sketch each of them in order on different pages in my Art book, and show the first one to one friend, before secretly turning the page to the next picture etcetera etcetera... Should be fun if it works.

Looking online, it seems A LOT of people have started watching this show from this series, having never seen the previous doctors.
I feel like some sort of pro amongst an army of newbies. God I hope conservatives don't win the election, slashing the license fee will really hurt BBC budget. Without budget we won't get Who. Cameron will kill Who :(
then we simply kill him

There are now 3 types of Doctor Who fans.
The old-timers, who watched from the original series.
The 05'ers who started watching when Eccleson came on.
The 10'ers, who have just joined.
I am an 05'er, but have since watched some of the old serials.
Also, about the budget cuts; this series already has a budget cut compared to last year. Maybe it will force the designers to be more creative instead of LOL CGI INSTEAD OF PLOT

They spent 1 million pound on a shitty advert. That's why they have a budget cut. BBC insists their has been no cut.

The original series was in the 1960s. If you saw that, you certainly are an old timer.
[editline]edit[/editline]
That doesn't look anything like the Doctor, who is that in the background?
It's a 'shop of Smith's head onto Tennant's body.

Nooooooooooo! :O
If I wasn't voting Lib Dem before, I certainly am now!

I remember watching some of the old series when I was younger, a channel on Sky used to repeat them quite a bit I think, used to love Tom Baker. :buddy:
Too young to have seen the original series when it was airing though. :frown:
I thought they caught Prisoner Zero? It was the creepy eel thingy that shifted shape into that woman out of Green Wing and Peep Show.
Gonna bet they let it go for some reason. Remember, River Song mentioned that she wasn't "Going back to prison"...

I'm an '05er, but I've been so interested in the show that I've gone back and read up on all the old episodes and watched most as well.

I use to watch reruns of Dr Who serials from the 70s and 80s.
Before the New Dr Who started, ABC showed all the old Dr Who episodes on week nights. I really hope they do something like that again, nothing to watch at 6:00pm any more.

I watched some of the Tom Baker ones... Jelly Baby? And then I've watched the ones from 05 and onward
I've seen a few of the old episodes, one featured the DOctor in a forest and talking with the native humans, and they overthrew the Daleks there by putting a carpet under it or something. Watched most of the Eccleston series, watched Tennants first series but I didn't wath the Martha or Tate series, they felt really boring and bland, then I watched Matt SMiths episode to see if it'd be a change from Shoutin'arm-flainin' Tennant and it was. I was pleased.

I am like this. I watched repeats on UKTV GOLD. Good times. I also saw the TV movie twice. They used to show it every new years eve.
Since airing in 05 I have gone back and read everything of interest on the wiki and asked for about three DVD box sets for my birthday. Saturday :buddy:

It seems anybody who wasn't impressed by Tennant has been impressed by Smith.
In order that I like the most (New Who only)
Eccleston
Smith
Tennant
We're going to need to make a new thread soon...
I would like to see an episode where all of the new Doctors met and had a hug.
