Yesterday in Lake Forest, it was EXTREME.
care to explain?
Long Beach is soaking wet. The 405 was completely flooded, so there was a lot of traffic on the streets, which were also flooded. Our storm drains just aren't big enough for this kind of rain. My school was locked down yesterday due to tornado warning, that kind of sucked, had to sit in class for 2 long hours. I heard a tornado fucked up Orange County too. What a miserable week.
care to explain?
Flooded streets, trashcans floating down the road like rafts, etc. My friend lives there.
My fucking school's on a slope so it won't flood and I won't be missing any days of school :frown:
After a gigantic rain/thunderstorm my school resembled a lake, and the clouds were so dense that it looked like it was night :O Then it stopped almost instantaneously and it was just a cloudy day again...

For my school to flood, the entire street next to it would need to. That's about...10 feet of water?
Fucking loving the weather here in the LA County! My lame ass $20 work shoes with holes in the soles are getting my feet soaked because of the rain, but it's well worth it. This weather is beautiful.
San Diego- Im survivin!
Thunder yesterday and today.
The math department of my school is recessed, so it was flooded 3 feet underwater. I felt like swimming in it. Needless to say, nobody had math that day.
Best part is how my track coach still made us run in the frigid rain :(

Campbell got a tornado warning and the power went out in my area momentarily at 6:50am. I could hear heavy rains and wind during school.

Dublin had some thunder and lots of rain.
A tree fell on my cousin's car smashing the back completely when he was on the freeway, part of the freeway was even flooded. ( I'm in Fairfield, CA )
I'm in Chino Hills, we're just getting a shit load of rain, no tornadoes here. :\
Irvine and same as you, shitloads of rain and we keep getting tornado warnings
Los Angeles. It's been fun, but I don't have the clothes for this shit, and I doubt the school would like a child on their campus wearing army equipment.
Shits hitting the fan near Sacramento Rain and shit all over Probably nothing compared to the bay area though
Yea, here in Sac its stormy as a mofo. I don't really mind the storms. It gives me a reason to stay home and play video games, make some hot chocolate and take some R&R. Plus I feel worry free. The wind here tore my screen off the window, then knocked our fuckin dumpster over. I had to picked trash up from it. Still awesome storm.
I'm in Santa Cruz, and its been raining for a week straight. Lost power multiple times, been having to do homework by candelight. Driving is a bitch in this too. Mudslides keep clogging my road home.
