One summer I didn't sleep for a lot of days, then I got a stye in my left eye. Awful.

I also like the fact that the op put "Does anyone know how to get rid of dark circles around your eyes?" for the title, as if that was the big problem.

Drink lots of water, eat healthy food, and take some sleeping medication. [editline]18th January 2012[/editline]
The man makes some sense, and is realistic. Because sex will make you tired, even if it's with yourself.
Wacking off tends to give me more energy.
take some sleeping medication.
Not sure If I can recommend that straight off, he might just have fucked his sleeping patterns for too long by (drinking, getting high, gaming, wacking it, work, study, etc.)
Some sleeping pills will help him get on track to a corrected circadian rhythm though.
Quit smoking so much meth.
I've got dark circles around my eyes, too. They become less prominent if I've just woken up from a good night's sleep. From what I've heard it's just caused by blood vessels pooling up beneath the shallow skin under the eye, and I know there's medicine out there to fix it. I just don't care enough to fix it.
Both my dad and I suffer from pretty rough insomnia, and my strong recommendation would be to avoid over the counter sleep-aids. They rarely work, and when they do, you awake with a nasty hangover, a rotten taste in your mouth, and thoroughly dehydrated. If your insomnia is so bad that you haven't slept for three days straight (and Jonas knows I've bordered there), then your best bet, if sleep absolutely will not come naturally, is to go see your doctor about it. He'll get you some strong prescription sleeping pills that will knock you out fast without the hangover. However, do not take them every night. I take one only when things start acting up again, usually no more than three or four times per month. Taking one and getting a proper night's sleep is usually sufficient enough to reset your clock, but if you take them too regularly you could become dependent on them. Should that happen, wave goodbye to healthy, natural sleep for quite some time. [editline]19th January 2012[/editline] As far as the dark circles, I don't know what to tell you. If you're that choked up about it, I guess you could always use some make-up to cover them? I've always got dark circles under my eyes, too, because of my own sleeping problems. I've never really thought about them that much, though.
my shits all fucked up
go the fuck to sleep OP
I've had them for years due to chronic insomnia, they don't leave. If you find a cure, tell me.
The only thing you should try is read for a bit, lay down, close your eyes, open them slightly every now and then. Then it'll make your eyes heavy and you'll fall into sleep. Honestly this will work, I had insomnia once and I was able to sleep properly again.
Have any of you guys ever had people approach you and inquire if you were wearing any makeup? At least one person thinks I've got mascara on. That coupled with my flamboyant attitude leads many to assume I'm homosexual.
predator gun gas 134a in your eyes, helps everytime
possible to become "immune" to sleep?
Are you high?
I can't. I've tried and tried and tried. laying in beed, in the darkness for 3 nights just praying that I would fall asleep soon. Never did.
1. Turn the AC way down. 2. Get a thick cover of sheets and snuggle up. 3. Read a depressing book. You'll fall asleep in no time. Alternatively, have you masturbated recently? I'm always itching to go to sleep after a midnight fap.
I can't. I've tried and tried and tried. laying in beed, in the darkness for 3 nights just praying that I would fall asleep soon. Never did.
There's your problem! Stop praying instead of sleeping!
Also, notify us if you find a sticky note on your fridge door with a game of hangman on it.
It could be just insomnia. In that case, try doing what some people here have recommended like working out and releasing energy. If you do have insomnia, you may not realize it but you sometimes do go into a very quick power nap for a few minutes. This is pretty much keeping you from actually dying.
Also, notify us if you find a sticky note on your fridge door with a game of hangman on it.
I found that movie brutaly fuck'd up
Go excercise and then sleep.
Well, I've heard of people having vivid, unpleasant hallucinations after not sleeping for long periods of time.
I can speak from experience - when I was about 12. I tried the whole, I'll be a retarded child and see how many days I can stay up. Around day three, I had really fucking trippy hallucinations that scared the shit out of me. Never tried it again.
Well I have heridable dark circles, my brother, mother and mothers mother etc have always had dark circles. nothing i can really do about it.
Immune to sleep, like its some sort of disease
Ice Cubes. If wrap some ice cubes in a towel and hold them underneath your eyes for a few minutes everyday they go away
Lack of sleep can cause death, but usually your body would shut down and force you to sleep before that could happen. 3 days won't kill you, it wont even permanently damage you, although you might begin seeing strange things. For your eyes, try refrigerating a spoon and hold it over your eye for a while. Some people use cucumbers, but cucumbers are gross.
op is sleeping
