Or he's dead
Are you high?
Smoking some indica marijuana may be a good idea to help him sleep actually.
Sleep....That is all.
For all those people saying things like "Sleep dude, you will die if you dont" hes not really at a life threatening stage if its only 3 days, its about a really long time before you start dieing: "Another rare disorder, Fatal Familial Insomnia (FFI), is an autosomal dominate disease that is invariably fatal after about six to 30 months without sleep. FFI is probably misnamed because death results from multiple organ failure rather than sleep deprivation." -http://www.scientificamerican.com/article.cfm?id=how-long-can-humans-stay
Try drinking plenty of water or reducing salt intake.
water retention
watch lord of the rings, now sleep
I also like the fact that the op put "Does anyone know how to get rid of dark circles around your eyes?" for the title, as if that was the big problem.
WHY DOES EVERYONE THINK I AM AN OP!?!?!
WHY DOES EVERYONE THINK I AM AN OP!?!?!
OP=Original poster; person who started the thread. I would recommend seeing a doctor... Now.
Guys, I am okay. Thank you for your information. I am now taking melatonin.
I can't. I've tried and tried and tried. laying in beed, in the darkness for 3 nights just praying that I would fall asleep soon. Never did.
There's no way you've just been laying there for 3 days.
Guys, I am okay. Thank you for your information. I am now taking melatonin.
I like your pre-edited post.
There's no way you've just been laying there for 3 days.
I didn't lay there for 3 days. I layed there from the time I usually go to sleep to the time I have to get up for school.
I went 3 days without sleep, I eventually fell asleep though. I would get a maximum of about 8 hours of sleep a week. Then I started smoking weed at night to sleep. Done that every night since, and I've slept at least 4 hours a night.
You can die without sleep, that is a pretty bad outcome.
Oh you don't say.
Don't drink caffeine before bed. And I mean hours before bed, to get it out of your system.
There's no way you've just been laying there for 3 days.
You have insomnia? If not, you just can't understand.
There's no way you've just been laying there for 3 days.
That's what people with insomnia suffer every day,
I want to know how to get rid of the dark circles, too. It doesn't matter how much sleep I get. I can get 10 hours of sleep for a week solid, and they'll be just as dark as when I go 40+ hours without any sleep at all. It gets really annoying when people ask if I'm tired, because I rarely am - in fact, I am usually fairly full of energy, and entirely awake.
go outside the tan will even your skin tone
go outside the tan will even your skin tone
It's the thick of winter, the OP isn't Australian and you're posting from Canada, so I wonder where you got the idea that one could try tanning in at this time.

Go to sleep or you'll die.
Solutions that have worked with me: TV, fapping, eating a huge dinner, DPH (sleep aid), movies, and marijuana.

it's been 2 days did he die?
Just gouge them out. Your not a pussy, are you?
Is it possible to become "immune" to sleep?
It is entirely possible to train your body to function completely normally after ~2 hours of sleep every night. You need to be able to hit REM sleep as soon as possible. Instructions on how to do it are in this ook. http://www.fourhourbody.com/
Yes... Yes... Come to the dark side!
