the only people that will complain about this thread being shit are the people who post shit threads but because their aspergers and neckbeards impede their judging abilities and ability to take criticism they say other peoples threads are shit and think themselves to be some sort of posting god amongst the masses of GD section and then when a post/thread like this comes along they and every other shitposter and 4chan idiot comes in and try to defend each other stating that this is just some OIFY/GMF "trolling" spree and that the rest of us have no right to judge if their post/thread is shit. Then they think to themselves "DAM I SUR SHOWED THEM LOL", call up to their mom to bring them more monster and cheetos, and bask in the silence and stench of their cheeto-breath fumes as they go on 4chan and other places to tell how they "owned" a bunch of people who were calling them shitposters.
I don't know after that guy who made the funny comics got banned I gave up on having quality threads here.

nope, sorry. this thread is about talking about how the posting on facepunch has gone down the hill and that we need to educate the people as to how to post better. the op's post is reminiscent of some high-school English lecture, and it's just a cry for attention because obviously there needs to be some intellectual uprising in this forum. jesus, just rate something dumb if you dont like it and move on. anybody who thinks that a thread like this is necessary and useful is just plain delusional.

Also he admitted to posting his threads in the wrong place intentionally and did it again after Dragon or whoever it was moved his threads and banned him for it. He got perma'd after he didn't follow the rules and posted his dumb threads again in GD and not in CC.

Contributing seriously now, I guess this could actually help GD become less crappy. It's going to be hard work making it shit free, as some people probably don't care and will continue anyway, but I suppose it's worth a shot at educating people on how to make a decent thread.

Every thread title has "A discussion on..." implied, so the title would be a discussion on the Barnum effect, whether the OP tells you what such thing is or not doesn't matter.

The thread is supposed to discuss The Barnum effect, whether the dude describes it in the Op, that belongs in the content domain, if the title doesn't say there's a description in the OP, you can't assume there is one.
it rally actually depends on what you define as the OP's job. If you think it should just open a room for discussion, or if it's supposed to allow people to discuss, but it doesn't make much sense saying a guy that builds a pool should tell you how to swim.

Every thread of yours that I've read is by far more interesting than most of the other shit in GD.
I'm the same with the thread history thing. All my past threads are either dumb or from when I was a dumb 12 year old. I don't really make threads any more because they'll end up being shitty and my future self will hate me for them.
