About half this stuff is after my time... I stopped watching around the time they started doing CCF with live actors.
But THIS shit:

No better way to spend a Friday night when you're about 9 years old.
I also really liked those days before they had any of their own original cartoons, so they would show old shit like the Flintstones, the Jetsons, Johnny Quest (not that "real adventures" thing), Scooby-Doo (not that "A Pup Named" shit), Josie and the Pussycats, Space Ghost (I mean REAL Space Ghost, when he was an actual super hero), and hours and hours of Looney Tunes.
Speaking of which, anyone remember June Bugs? That one year when, for the whole month of June, they showed nothing but Bugs Bunny cartoons? What a great summer.
Everyone's probably like 13 around here, but Cartoon Network is older than you.
You forgot Harvey Birdman.
CTN was my youth. Eating my breakfast before going to school? CTN. When I went home for lunch? CTN. Coming home from school? CT fucking N. Ed Edd n Eddy, Dexter's Lab, The Addams Family, Courage the Cowardly Dog....man, those were the days.
But then the cable company removed CTN from the package. Many tears were cried by both me and my friends.

To me, this one's okay, too:

I'm thinking about showing the kids I babysit Courage the Cowardly dog. I don't know if they'd get freaked out or not. But that show seriously contained nightmare fuel.

A Samurai Jack feature film is currently in pre-production, and is being produced by J.J. Abrams' Bad Robot Productions and Frederator Films.
His newest creation, Sym-Bionic Titan, is set to premiere on September 17, 2010 on Cartoon Network.
I wish they would at least PLAY the old cartoons other than Courage and the Eds.
Around the holidays you'll see them play Johnny Bravo and Powerpuff Girls specials, all that cool stuff. I remember waking up at like 5 AM in the morning to the sound of the Powerpuff Girls theme playing on TV. Stayed up to watch the whole thing, then went back to sleep.

I'm probably late, but I thought I'd try to contribute a bit.
Well, I watched regular show and mad, and i have to say that I think cartoon network is getting back into its stride.
I was also surprised that in regular show they were able to say "pissed".

That's a bit of a shocker, I didn't think that show looked any good but damn do they have some balls.
Regular Show reminds me of the comic with the bear and the bird
