how do you guys feel about using swing for your drum programming?
i've tinkered with it a bit and it sounds aight but usually i prefer just doing the "swinging" myself. using swing just feels cheap for me, i feel like things come out better (at least in my own tracks) just manually programming everything. but i hear lots of people swearing by swing and apparently lots of top producers used swing heavily so i'm a bit on the fence about it
