But if you wanna know my routine: 10-15 min cardio on treadmill Bar military press 5x5 Incline dumbbell fly 5x5 Lying dumbbell triceps extensions 5x5 Dumbbell biceps curl 5x5 ab crunch machine 5x5 Leg extension machine 5x5 Lat pulldown 5x5 Cable Seat low row 5x5 Deadlift 5x4 Machine leg press 5x5 Back raise 10x2 Clam with weights 20x2 Hanging leg raise 10x2 Prob gonna replace some of the machines with weights later on..
