Yea something like that :v: Don't know the names of a lot of exercises I do. I pick a lot of my exercises up from when someone is spotting me and shows a new way of doing something. Best way to learn.
I do about the same. I watch swole people at the gym and see what they do and mimic it. I also look at articles and vids on the web to perfect my form.
Back day today, I haaaaaaaaaaaaaaaate lat pull downs, fuck.
Do pull ups and if it's not enough just strap weight onto yourself.
I could try that, I'll ask my dad if he doesn't mind me subbing pull ups for pull downs.
Personally, I think that pull ups are better for stability and strength. Would recommend.
You could always do both.
Very true. I typical due wide grip weighted pull ups, rows, (hammer?) weighted pull ups, etc.
Brb doing flys all day erry day. I tried doing them a few months ago, shoulders were crying like babies. Position is extremely fragile, especially for a guy with an everlasting irritated Rotator Cuff. Will them next week. Too many things to add, not enough time.
You have to stay slow and controlled on flies or you'll fuck yourself up pretty badly. Also, spotters are a good idea
Pretty good back workout. I did the pull ups and then reverse grip lat pull downs, back feels so tight. [editline]3rd March 2011[/editline] Just saw this on the bodybuilding forums, shits hilarious.

Spotters are good so you can push your limit though. You could get your dad or something idk LOL
if that is actually whiskey, i am extremely impressed. How did he not puke?
looked like it wasn't, probably filled it with something else beforehand you can see the condensation/apple juice on the bottle like someone was pouring something in and missed a lot, and it doesn't make that sound it usually does when you open liquor
Legs today, going to try to squat over 9000 pounds.
Remember to go AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH for at least 15 minutes before that.
i have no weights in my house. but my back pack weighs 15-20 pounds. is it okay if i use that in the place of a dumbbell?
i have no weights in my house. but my back pack weighs 15-20 pounds. is it okay if i use that in the place of a dumbbell?
not really bro, backpack has its weight over one large area whereas a dumbbell has lots of weight packed into one small object, I guess you can do squats with it like NotMeh but nothing other than that, it will be a bother cause it will be so big too just invest in some dumbbells
