Fat and muscle are two seperate things, one cannot become the other. Fat can either increase or decrease, muscle can increase or decrease. Fat CANNOT be turned into muscle, end of. Too many people think it can be. If you want to gain muscle you need to up the calorie intake by a substancial amount, even I underestimed how fuel your body requires. Bodyfat will reduce with the training, so long as a good, balanced diet is maintained and training is regular and regularly increased the body should start to see gains. It's pointless to try and build muscle whilst being on a diet, you'd be wasting your time. Not having a go at you in particular, just clearing up that fat can't be turned into muscle. A massive misconception which I get sick of hearing.
what are you talking about when did I ever say fat turns into muscle, I said he shouldn't eat 1000 calories extra like you said because he says he wants to lose fat and does not want to gain any weight
Haven't been around with dips for a long time, so can't say for sure how effective are they with chest.
The wider the grip the more it isolates the chest. The closer the more it works tri's.
The wider the grip the more it isolates the chest. The closer the more it works tri's.
Have been negging my dad for a year, since my birthday, to drill two goddamn holes, put to iron bars and get me a dip bar.
You could also order it online and install it yourself, not too hard.
You could also order it online and install it yourself, not too hard.
If you take in account everything here, in Israel, costs twice or maybe 3 times as much, I'd say fuck it. Also, drilling two holes and making two iron, 2 meter iron bars with wall attachmenets is much easier and cheaper for me.
Also, drilling two holes and making two iron, 2 meter iron bars with wall attachmenets is much easier and cheaper for me.
I was talking about that. Just do it yourself or take a weekend and ask your dad to help you out when you're on it. A good way to motivate him too, a nice weekend off busy on a project with your son. Now ain't that some quality time, eh?

None of us willing o renergized enough to be arsed to do that. Especially, when he does most of the work. He got to talk to a pal of his, give him the template of what we want, pay him etc.. Most of it is his work. So, no. lol
what I have a split mainly because full-body routines are horribly time consuming, not because bodybuilders do it.
lmao he thinks 3 compound exercises 3 times a week ( 3 hours a week) is time consuming compared to a 5 day split
Oh fuck I thought this thread was still in GD Anywho I squatted 195 this morning with 4x5 I still cant feel my legs, but my mom got me some blender bottles and more muscle milk as a suprise.
lmao he thinks 3 compound exercises 3 times a week ( 3 hours a week) is time consuming compared to a 5 day split
Stop insulting people and start backing up your claims or get out

Binksy your my role model then perfumly then vq35hr well you are all equal in my eyes
right now I am 2 or so pounds away from being 170 (like 172 or so) end of bulk weight: 185 (with water retention from creatine and all that jazz) when I started the bulk (a year ago, I was 130), so that is 55 pound weight gain over a year although I really went heavy on the bulk in the last six months (145-150 to 185), I still count the first part as a bulk now, I am very close to the same bodyfat I was as when I was around 145-150 pounds so this means, 130 to 185=55 pound bulk, and in the end there was 15 pounds of fat/water yay now I am trying to go below the bodyfat I had before and acquire sixpacks [editline]8th March 2011[/editline]
I'm p sure queef lifts more than me. Those are some kick ass gains. Great luck on the cut. I'm so far dissatisfied with my bulk but I'm prob not going to start until late April since I don't feel like I have much to cut currently. Am I a pretty queen princess fairy?
