Figure athletes in competition shape literally have so little tits its like a flap of skin, this is why about 99.9% of figure athletes have breast implants. Also you know you have no idea what you are talking about right? You can eat as "healthy" (which is soo fucking arbitrary anyway) as you want but if you're not going to get any leaner unless you are turning out more energy than you are taking in (with some small exceptions). Eating healthy doesn't mean shit and most people who think they are eating healthy eat some of the worst shit you can put in your body.

I've seen plenty of women with six packs and C+ cup racks that weren't fake, but okay, you'll just respond with another slew of "fucking" and basic stuff anyone spending 5 minutes thinking about could figure out- you're taking this all way too deeply, as if I'm literally at a mental deficiency here, as if you knew what I was talking about. e: anyway since it was rude of me not to answer, I'm pretty sure a woman with a six pack wouldn't lose her tits because you still need to have a really healthy diet even if you're eating at a deficit to lose weight and still get to see that kind of muscle on yourself. Even though women have more fat on them naturally (isn't even a lot- i've been told by someone with experience that there's actually an extra layer of fat, but i dunno if that's true or if it's just more fat on the body overall), having a six pack isn't by any means unhealthy, unless they got that small by malnourishing themselves (which is much different from eating at a caloric deficit), but I'm not talking about those kinds of women, and they don't usually have their six pack for a long time because malnourishment = no possibility for muscle gain = just get skinnyfat because of BMR problems produced.
Fucking tits how do they work? Anyway, I had back, bi's, and fores and my bi's are spasming periodically. Feels good, man.
Thanks Binsky for the advice last page, I do regular ab exercises (leg lifts, side planks, crunches, etc) and I also do some cardio maybe 3 times a week but I want to intensify what I do with my upper body/legs because the most they have been getting is push ups. Although I have been told I have fairly big biceps lol
Did 540 pounds today on incline leg press for 10 reps, six 45 plates aside.. I :love: leg days.

I just started squatting and deadlifting.. I started with 10 pound plates aside for deadlifting just to get the form down, and for squatting I started with 1 45 each side.
I squat the same as I deadlift but that's because I haven't got any heavier weighs, har har.

I am so sorry, fuck. I have considered the use of AAS. To make up for my self-steem and confidence problems. I told my mother about it, either she doesn't love me or she is totally ignorant about them, but she approved. The reason for this, is that we went to see a doctor about why my growth is stunt, and he told us, nothing can be done to improve my height. This is happening too fast, we just visited the guy who sells steroids, and he told me to speak with him at the afternoon, my mother is coming too. So it's really awkward. With all honesty I will say this, I'm not even thinking about the positive side of this, my mind is filled with all the negative consequences, bitch tits, going bald, liver damage, yet I still want to do it, and not with big gains in mind. More of a ... "I don't care about myself anymore" attitude. In other words, HELP. Can somebody scare me about AAS before it's too late? Can I have a non-biased site about this information? Can I also be told any fucking positive side in steroids? Because I can't find anything. I want to know, my kamikaze decision has some light in it. And this guy is one of the Gym managers. He is HUGE, his bicep is the size of his head 2x. I told you, the doctors told me there was no hope for me, the bones cannot grow any longer at the age of 19. Doctors said HGH is useless and commercialized bullshit. But I just snapped out of it, I'll go do basketball as last resort. I'm really unhappy about my height. Google says I'm 5.28 feet tall. Smaller than I thought I was. It really sucks when the girl you like, is taller than you. But I just realized I don't care about gains, I want to earn my way through hard work, look at my body and say "I worked for this".
