My scales scream 73kg (160 lbs) at me heaviest I've been in my entire life :dance:
I lifted weights for the first time two days ago. (it was two 5 pounds.. shut up, i'm extremely small/you have to start somewhere) but i did 300 reps. my arms hurt like a mother fucker. I can't extend my forearm all the way out with out me being in extreme soreness pain.

What was the site that counted calories based on your weight and height and gave you a daily calorie intake amount if you wanted to lose weight easily? There was a thread about it on GD at some point, but now it's been deleted/moved.
My neck hurts from when i do squats, does that mean I should be supporting it more with my arms/hands? Also, one of my friends goes so low that the back of his legs touch his calves.
