Yo, how can I boost meh regeneration? I'd train/practice pretty much 24/7 (the only hobby I have, besides readin' on the internet and shit with friends :D ), but my body sometimes can't catch up anymore and I have to break, which sucks ass D:
So far meh is doin' contrast showers, takin' naps 'n walks and eating big (<- best thing ever :3 )
Please stop saying meh instead of my.
Anyways, eat and sleep more.
I tried muscle ups for the first time two days ago. Shit is p fun actually. Would recommend.
Also i've been drunk for almost this entire weekend. Woo spring break!

Yesterday was my friend's first pro MMA fight so me and my friends pregamed at like 3 until 6 we then went to the fight and then left at 1030 and continued drinking.
Also, for a short bit i'm home for spring break and i'm debating getting really drunk and seeing how much fun i can have with my christian conservative parents.

Had no idea that this thread even existed. Took some creatine about 50 minutes ago, so it'll be go time in another 10 minutes. Anyone else feel a little weird after taking creatine? I've noticed that I end up getting dizzy if I don't work out exactly one hour after a dose.
I always look forward to the whey protein afterwards; chocolate whey protein shakes are the best.

48 g before, 48 g after. Dosage can vary depending on brand from what I understand. My old creatine brand called for one scoop based on my weight (155), but I'm using this Body Fortress shit this go around instead of the expensive stuff. Dunno if I like it more.

Yeah my bad, 48 g, I'm out of it. 48 grams would be a fuck ton. Anywho, 48 g is one scoop full.
I used to run 3 miles everyday, but now I only do it three or four times a week. It seems like I'm really tired and weak more often than not, and I just don't have the energy to run everyday after school. Any suggestions on how to fit working out into my schedule?

tbh it would just be cheaper to get straight creatine mono but w/e thats a good ammount . maybe its all the additives in the mix, because i know literally noone that gets any negative side effects from ~5 g ( once you hit 10-20g some stomach problems come into play)

I was gonna say that the only way I get dizzy or whatever any other weird feeling after supplements is stuff like NO, and he said his stuff contains most of the stuff NO supps have. Does the stuff you have happen to be jack3d? Either way, it's just a mix of pretty much creatine and nitric oxide. The nitric oxide part is likely what's making you feel weird, I know it does that to me.

Sleep more, drink more water, rest more, have rest days etc.
