The new national anthem of the BB thread: sleep more, drink more, rest more, eat more... :P
nah 'train hard, eat hard, rest hard'
I was gonna say that the only way I get dizzy or whatever any other weird feeling after supplements is stuff like NO, and he said his stuff contains most of the stuff NO supps have. Does the stuff you have happen to be jack3d? Either way, it's just a mix of pretty much creatine and nitric oxide. The nitric oxide part is likely what's making you feel weird, I know it does that to me.
Yep, you're totally right. I didn't even think about the NO aspect of it. I take Body Fortress "Super Advanced Creatine Performance".
Hahha could someone try this test and lemme know how accurate results you got http://www.healthcentral.com/cholesterol/home-body-fat-test-2774-143.html Either the test sucks or I fucked something up.
Your Results You have 3.5% body fat. You have 2.3 Kilograms of fat and 64.7 Kilograms of lean (muscle, bone, body water).
http://www.changingshape.com/resources/calculators/body-fat-calculator.asp
Your body fat: 10.8%
http://www.healthstatus.com/cgi-bin/calc/calculator.cgi
Results: Using your measurements of a 29 inches waist and weight of 148 pounds your body fat percentage is estimated to be 15.16 % using the U.S. Navy body fat formula, or 11.66 % using the formula developed by the YMCA.
IMO I look something around 10

If you read the "how accurate..." section of the link, you'll see that this test is shit on a stick.
Can somebody give me tips on how to become wider? What exercises should I do? I'm very skinny but I eat a lot and I can't have too much carbohydrates because of my skin infection. But trust me, I do eat a lot!

If you claim to eat enough, then just use 5x5 routines all over the web. Why are you even asking?
Took the test with approximated measurements and it's off by 10% or more. Either my estimations suck or the test does.
Im hungry but too bored to make a meal. So I made a little shake. 3 raw eggs 1.5 teaspoons of vanilla sugar 1dl of milk blend
That sounds absolutely disgusting. Why not just boil the eggs?

Been working lower chest with decline presses and fly's, and trying to get my abs to tear through. I believe I'm well on my way to fuilfilling my 'Hollister Man' goal by summer.
whats your routine/diet
rocky!!!~!~~~!!
Come at me salmonella!
Idr if this is right but I read that the human body has a lot of problems digesting raw eggs (not to mention salmonella risk). Is this true?
Come at me salmonella!
salmonella aint got shit on me i sweat syphilis , holla [editline]14th March 2011[/editline]
Idr if this is right but I read that the human body has a lot of problems digesting raw eggs (not to mention salmonella risk).
whats your routine/diet
I work abs daily. Front and side planks for 70s. Raised legs on both of these. 1st Day Chest, Shoulders - Drop sets from highest weight I can manage for 8-12 reps. 2nd Day Biceps, Triceps - Drop sets again, from highest weight for 8-12 reps. 0 Days off just keep looping it. Food wise I'd safely say I rock about 1600-1800 calories a day sometimes more and sometimes less. One portion of protein-rich fish a day, usually a pasta dish of some kind with chicken, occasionally beef, and eggs from time to time. Pancakes have been a staple recently, I'm not sure on the calorific content, but I usually eat about 12 in a sitting. I can't really manage to keep a serious diet going, as some days I wake up at 11pm and that would be 2 meals down if I was trying to be stringent about it. If you have any protips to increase my gains/progress let me know, I'm no pro-bb by a long shot, just lucky enough to have the perfect metabolism for what I want to achieve.
"The study showed that egg protein is more digestible (94% versus 55-64%) when heated, probably due to alteration of the protein’s structure and the ability of digestive enzymes to infiltrate peptide bonds" It's just more digestible when cooked. Doesn't appear to have a huge affect though [editline]14th March 2011[/editline] from what I read.

After a thorough investigation between the picture in the OP and my current situation I have arrived at the conclusion that if there is any change, it is at around the chest and right bicep part, but I could just be seeing things. It's hard to compare when you're so fat as I am.
What kind of routine do you even use, Casus?
