I had this too, the best way to do it is to bring your shoulders back while you are walking and all throughout the day, just remember to do it all the time.

Have the same condition (but it's barely noticeable now) and I do that all the time.

I have a slight kyphosis too so rhomboids hurt like bitches when i do this, anyway any exercises that I can do?

I am thin and weak as hell, so its time to change that. I want to begin on weightlifting, but i have no idea on how to start. I don't know what i should eat, or how much i should train weekly.
I weight 62kg and i am 184cm tall. Oh and my age is 15.

Well there's a lot of things you can do. You're wanting to gain mass I take it? Do you have a gym or weights?
You should get a gym membership first. Then you go to the gym and either work on some machines for the first month or two to get used to working out (I did this, was a lot less intimidating than free weights) and then move on to free weights.

You have to eat shitloads of food, especially protein, but just eat a lot all the time. You need a lot of calories to gain muscles. You have to eat big to get big.

Nah it's normal if you don't have them built up. Took me about 7 months of working out to finally start flexing my chest. Even then I could barley do it

Also I worked out so fast today. None of my buds were there and there was just this little chubby kid who always mumbles broscience he reads to me and refuses to listen to my true facts so I did everything in like 45 minutes because I can't stand that kid.

I have to leave for Mexico in about a week and I was wondering if I could do any last minute preparations for it, besides what I've already been doing.
I've been lifting for about a month now, but I stopped because track has started and I'm way to sore and tired by the time I get home to do anything (quarter mile repeats, ladders, straight up core for an hour or so)
I'm about 160 pounds, 6'1. I have a very low body fat, I eat around 3500-5000 calories a day, (including the weight gainer and protein shake)
Anything I can do just to get in some more abs without destroying my body for track?
I also get some knee-cap/shin pain which is natural for me but limits me from doing anymore running after track is finished. ( flat feet, still working on that bio mechanics )
