Alright I'm going to start my excercises and diet tomorrow. Beginning stats:
waist is 86 cm (33,85 inches)
weight is 70kg (154 lbs)
length is 172cm (5.6 feet)
Wish me luck! :v: And thanks VQ35HR for the great support.
Your guess is far off then. Never did the Bench-curl faggotry. Also, that's my 1rm guess, I might be off.
how long have you been doing squats

2.5years i'd say. Possibly more. I used to swim professionally, so that might explain more.

i wouldnt place the blame entirely on you guys unless youve been doing a completely retarded set/rep range, some people just suck at squats
what do you call it when you lift the bar from behind your neck to above your head, standing up?

I guess, but I wouldn`t say 295 pounds is that bad of a squat, most people I see at the gym struggle with 45's
Anyone else have asymmetricality in spots throughout their body? My right arm is noticeably bigger than my left arm yet I lift the exact same with each in dumbbell exercises.
My right arm is a lot bigger than my left. My left leg is also stronger than my right. :(

OHP? or squats?
standing OHP is mostly shoulders, but I prefer sitting dumbbell shoulder press or sitting dumbbell press, too afraid of losing balance while standing and fucking up lol

if you do an ohp tighten your glutes and stand a bit wider than shoulder width and you should be pretty stable
Casusv2 man, i'm only just beginning with the whole weight lifting thing, i've been posting for a good week and a bit now and have never had one single negative remark from anyone, regardless of how obvious the answers must seem to the guys who have been doing it for ages
i prefer asking in here cause there's sort of a sense of camaraderie that i enjoy and i'm not going to get that from google am i?
so thanks for being the first jerk i've encountered man, have a medal
Leg day was a great success whenever I stand for an extended period of time my legs start shaking. I squatted 365 for 5 reps. Next week I'm going to go up probably twenty. I'm pretty excited to reach 400lbs.

don't let it throw you off brah, the other regular posters are fine with it, everyone asks questions and most of them could be answered by google, but google isn't your brah, brah, you feel me, brah?
it has to do with laziness
chill the fuck out, bro. If you don't want to answer his question. Don't. It literally doesn't affect you at all and you're shitting up the thread.
20 lbs in one week what the fuck
five reps is a good amount on squats and 20 lbs on squats is not very much.

Remember my accident on the bench while doing dumbbell flyes brahs? I can't wait to do chest again this monday, does my accident means my work out was intense and succesful?
Does it still counts? It was literally my limit.

i mean at 365lbs to 385lbs is quite a leap. tbh if you can manage to do it next week then ill be jelly
