It's cool, man. Keep with it and you'll be walking on god damn tree trunks. I used to have the shittiest legs ever. My legs were scrawny as fuck and my knees gave out all the time.
Now I'm fucking hella fast on the tennis court especially compared to how I was. I haven't had my knees give out in about a year.

Glad that she's out. I'm hitting the gym for the first time tomorrow myself. It's chest day and I'm going to hit it hard.
I have my own lifting routine, and for the most part I get results but it's really hard to keep those results "on me". Being vegetarian (through religion) it's harder for me to find protein in my diet. I have to drink protein shakes like crazy. Also I need to bulk up a bit, so I'm trying to boost my calorie intake but my metabolism seems to offset any extra calories I put in me.

Muscle mass doesn't increase the size of your penis. Actually, in anyone's case, especially in the hulks, it will decrease his size. So, as big as he is, powerful he ain't gonna be with a buffered 6 inch pecker.

I found a quick, easy 1700 calorie single meal I could eat erryday, not only that, but I think it's pretty open/adaptable to editing slight bits to personal taste and with ~> 60g Protein it's a winner in my books and generally healthy.
1x 140g tuna steak, shallow fried in extra virgin olive oil.
4x Slices of bread, toasted lightly.
4x Slices of processed cheese.
Whack that all into a sandwich or two, and grill it if you desire.
1x Glass of milk.
Get yo glug on.
1x serving of a Small cake/yogurt/pie/dessert.
2x Flake chocolates/ Twirl bars.
Nom dat shizzle.
I calculated it and it comes to like 1700 and is somewhat yum-some.
Tomorrow I'm gonna try it with Beef Burgers or Fillet Steak.
I find the toasted bread better than buns for this mean because of the way the cheese grills, and the bread is far less filling.

Incidentally shortly after posting this I played tennis and my knee gave out. Not as severely as it had in the past but it fucking hurt. I was able to finish the match and win, though!

I've upped my dose of creatine monohydrate and have found that it's causing stomach upset. Has anyone else had this problem? Does it represent any danger, or a failure on my stomach's part to absorb the creatine?

stomach upset generally happens at ~20g

i know im late but Casusv 3 is just looking for attention by baiting us and argueing for the sake of it. Unless you give Proof (medical journals/ experiments) then no one will believe your opionion. Also its not actually the cardio that burns the majority of the fat/calories, its the increased metabolism after and our bodys converting stored glycogen in our liver and fat stores and transporting it into our muscles to be used. And our body also reconverting lactic acid back into glucose.
