How do you guys know about my avid obsession with anal penetration?
so we still up for hanging out binsky lmao
you still havent told me why youre so pro lowcarb
carbs are the body's easiest way of getting energy, the less you have, the more it has to resort to stored energy as compared to readily available energy
carbs are the body's easiest way of getting energy, the less you have, the more it has to resort to stored energy as compared to readily available energy
it doesnt work like that though
so we still up for hanging out binsky lmao
Yuh, you're going to have to come here cause I don't have a car on campus LOL
Yuh, you're going to have to come here cause I don't have a car on campus LOL
gosh be that way, buy me a greyhound and ill come sometime when i dont have school shit to do [editline]23rd March 2011[/editline]
it doesnt work like that though
here let me get into more detail because that was a really shitty reply . youre completely ignoring the defecit that your body is under and youre acting like 150 grams of carbs a day ( ~600 calories ) can make or break your diet ( assuming that 600 calories does not go over your limit)from some not entirely understood idea of how the body processes it . low carb/ keto diets offer none/counter productive metabolic responses ( depending on the severity of your diet) and should be left to whether or not the person practicing the diet can mentally handle a regular carb diet. i dont know what general percentage of people shit out on regular carb diets but i know for one i suck at them . but thats entirely a mental thing and not a hormonal/physiological thing

meanwhile, i enjoy the benefits of a 2.7 gpa
meanwhile, i enjoy the benefits of a 2.7 gpa
tbh if you have a lot of things that show you are interested in and spend a lot of time doing things related to your major, GPA doesn't really matter that much. Course thats easier for me to say, but really it's not the end of the world. besides the average graduating GPA for an Engineer, what I am, is a 2.5 so you are still above average compared to my university
Am I theo nly one who enjoys gyms that look like iron dungeons of pain and suffering? I hate going into a brightly colored gym with machines and windows and shit all over. Ruins the atmosphere of a gym

for some reason I'm starting to like being an ecto brb easy as fuck aesthetics brb never lose ab visibility brb minimum fat gain while bulking the only real downside for me is the hardgainer aspect here
carbs are by far the easiest to convert into usable energy by your body, they are the first thing your body will use if you are at a deficit, also I do think it can make or break a diet, 600 calories in a 1500 calorie diet is p significant
you completely dont understand how this works and if you thing that no matter what a low carb diet is the first thing to recommend then youre retarded [editline]23rd March 2011[/editline] nor do you understand that im not saying never do a low carb diet. but if you can function well on a normal carb diet then there is honestly no need to go low carb. you act like some carbs will taint your diet so that your body instantly wont lose fat even though youre still at a defecit
