you completely dont understand how this works and if you thing that no matter what a low carb diet is the first thing to recommend then youre retarded
[editline]23rd March 2011[/editline]
nor do you understand that im not saying never do a low carb diet. but if you can function well on a normal carb diet then there is honestly no need to go low carb. you act like some carbs will taint your diet so that your body instantly wont lose fat even though youre still at a defecit

Also, in terms of fat loss, Keto diets will work the same as most. Yet, they pose higher risk issues related with it.

Also, why the fuck has everyone been arguing lately. Fuck...
Arguing is good. Especially, as this is a forum.. where you disscus stuff. So, arguing, in the end, will be part of the process.
I can recognize that arguing can be good but lately it seems like it's a wankery of name calling. Idk LOL

Questions bros...
Let's say I'm able to do 4 sets of 8 heavy lifts. (in general) And after that, I can't do that weight no more, but I can do like another 10 sets with half of that weight. I give for finished my routine, when I'm done with heavy weights. But I just realized I can do a lot more with light weights, is it worth the time to do the rest of the sets? Or the heavy sets are the real thing?
Second question, I do chest with shoulders in the same day, but when I am at shoulders, I'm unable to do much, because apparently my chest used my shoulder muscles.
I work out before eating a big meal, after a big meal, I feel funny in my muscles like a pillow in them, they hurt no more, and I can even do shoulders later in the day, after eating!
What's going on?
Been working out with a mate, for a long time now. 3 times a week, working different muscle groups each time. I've also learned many ways to oogle chicks that are training there. My favorites are "pretend to be stretching out, but secretly looking" and "change tracks on ipod, while standing behind the cycles/threadmills".
Only downside is that I'm constantly sore in my arms and legs, but that's because the training is working.

I'm kind of really confused. 10 sets??? Why would you ever do ten sets? Do you mean reps?
[editline]23rd March 2011[/editline]
the entire phrasing on the first part seems pretty nonsensical tbh

Doesn't matter Binsky. What he asked was - should he use heavy weights, yet lower reps or higher reps yet lower weight.
Simple question, cba to answer that. Too many times this have been asked.
woo hoo 3.8
I have 3.7 right now. One quarter left and I hope I'll reach 4+ GPA. I'm still in primary/basic school but last class and soon I'm heading to gymnasium/middle school/high school/whatever you prefer to call it.
Is it? My English must be broken today...
Okay, when you're done let's say, doing 4 sets of 8 reps, doing preacher curls of 20 KG.
You find out, your arms can handle more sets, but with 10 KG. Are these extra sets worth the time?

on the first question , no youve probably dont ~80% 1rm on your 8rm meaning maximum muscle recruitment, anything beyond that is useless. on the second its probably because your lifts use both in some way , maybe reevaluate?

Well when you bench you should stay 1 inch off the chest. I mean people do touch their chest, not that it's wrong but when you touch your chest reaching that 1 inch mark, you are no longer using your chest. You actually use your shoulders for that short 1/2 second period of time. Just like when your benching your also not suppose to lock out because it gives your chest a break and you want to contently keep working the muscle. I mean if your going to bench your max, touch your chest and lock out for bragging rights, but it's whatever you want.

if you knew what deltoids did then you wouldnt have said the first half of that paragraph. and the part about keeping constant tension on the muscle is bullshit too but im not going to argue it to much because i dont like it when you lock out joints with tons of weight on them

no, once you are done the 3-4 sets, you should be done for that exercise
if you are having that problem when your shoulders get tired from chest, then do shoulder exercises first on that day sometimes
and if you don't eat enough during the day your workout will prob suck

I guess I'm retarded because I couldn't find a question in there. I was in class, though. So idk I'm not a doctor
stupid question.
but what does veiny arms indicate?
I usually wear a long sleeves jacket to cover up my skinny as fuck stubs of an arm, and i took it off today and my friends were fixed on how veiny my arms were.
so I am wondering what does it indicate, and is it a healthy thing?
low body fat and high vascularness.
Mine pop out more than fuckers that have been shooting up for years. There's no need for concern

don't think it's healthy or unhealthy
but it will look badass as fuck if you don't gain too much fat and get some lean mass on ya

well its not just one or two veins popping out, its a fuckton. Like I can see my radial and bronchial artery, with about 6-8 bulging capillaries to give them company. Looks freaky as fuck actually due to the sheer quantity of veins that you can see.
Bro, I got the same shit. It's not that irregular. You should be fine.

like I said, it will look badass if you get a small tan and get slightly jacked
