I was used to seeing good strength gains all the time, esp on my bulk, but now, the lifts either stay the same, or go up SLIGHTLY (some actually went down but only a bit :saddowns: ) I think I got this whole working out thing figured out quite a bit more than I did before, bulking/cutting is definitely the way to go. I've made gains I never thought possible for example when I started at like ~140, I had 11-12 inch bis, 29-30 inch waist, then at the end of my bulk at 185 I was at 15 inch bis and 31-32 inch waist (estimate), and now I am at 14~ inch bis and 28 inch waist :D at 165-170 pounds, no water retention at all though lul so after cutting, my waist is smaller than it was BEFORE I started working out and my bis are 2 inches bigger

It's supposed to be the same as weight-lifting, like tearing muscles then restoring and getting bigger(also diet). Reading AskMen, sprinting works under fast-twitch muscles and that means no muscle loss.
Ehhh I wouldn't say that. Your legs may get bigger but errthang else won't. Since it's sprinting yeah it is a lot of fast twitch but once again only really in the legs.
