VQ35HR, Happy Birthday bro.
I have back and biceps today. But both of them are sore and I don't want to risk working them out, I'm just gonna let them heal. I <3 the gym though. :(
Been slacking off due to mum visiting, here's a pic of the cake I made for her:

6'1'' and 74 Kilos (163 pounds for 'mericans) of what I believe to be fat
I need to do something about this. Where should I start first. Gym or cardio?

Lift heavy weights 3 times a week, eat lots of protein (like, silly amounts of protein. For reals.) and eat less than you burn.

There's no deal breaker unless you have to lift your belly to see your penis.
or when you get those weird folds of fat on your back/side
That's when you need to do something serious about it.
Some fat 40-50yrs old cougar women always come to the gym and just walk around and stare at teen boys with horny look on their face. I find it really disturbing.

Going on a bulk doesn't really make you fat. Maybe a little but you'll burn a majority off with lifting. Just make a good schedule and follow it religiously.

so you eat more and your stomach gets bigger, cause it's like a balloon that expands when it gets used to holding really large amounts of food. you are just bloated!

I do legs once a week, and everytime I work them out, they get sore. Does that mean, I should let them rest, less time or something?

for squats and deadlifts, I talked to a pro powerlifter I know and he said squats should only be done once a week, and deadlifts once every 2 weeks but once every week is okay too
Bro, why does anyone say anything?
i was implying the pro powerlifter he spoke to was talking about himself/ or he was just making up stuff
