bUT WHY WOUDL HE DO THATHATHAT,.
i was implying the pro powerlifter he spoke to was talking about himself/ or he was just making up stuff
holy fuck lol you need to understand that no matter how many articles you can link, a successful pro giving honest advice from personal experience will trump anything you say, and I am just throwing it out there telling people that this is what he told me because I found it interesting

How the fuck do I fix my posture? I noticed that when I'm standing "straight" it seems like I have slight lordosis but when I try to stand up perfectly straight really hard I'm about an inch and a half taller and the lordosis issue goes away. But it's really hard for me to maintain that proper posture especially if I'm not paying attention
Back braces. Just try to keep reminding yourself to stand correctly and you'll probably get used to it.
I have scoliosis I watch my posture all the time though
I have really minor scoliosis I just foudn out. IT's only like a 5 degree curve though so it's k
LERGs TERDER. GONNA SQUAT 400 LBS.
Maintaining a good posture is good excercise for your deeper muscles according to my physiotherapist, so keep reminding yourself to keep a good posture.
you need to understand you are not a genetic elite
What if I told you I was ;)
What if I told you I was ;)
i would come to your city ( with your money ofc ) and spend like a month studying you. 100% srs
Also, to all the fuckers arguing about this working out things one a week or whatever. You're crazy if you think that anyone at all with that kind of schedule only works one muscle group a week. Things like bench work chest, shoulders, and tri's. I work tri's on a different day then when I do bench. So indirectly I work tri's atleast twice a week. There are countless other exercises that work several different muscle groups. I mean shit got damn fuck dick cunts. JK LOVE YOU ALL. All around I agree with Casus and Vanquisher. You're both kinda right.
Idk if that made any sense. I'm hung over as fuck and just got back from squatting 400 lbs for 2 reps. RIGHT BB? I do think I have pretty awesome genes when it comes to muscles but I've determined that I have shitty ass joints.

So, opinion time. My gym has a "smith machine" for squats and bench presses if you want to use the weight plates instead of the pre-set bars, or there's the leg-press machine where you put your feet against the little rubber "wall" that it holds up for you, and press off. So, which is better and closer to a real squat. I have heard people say not to use the smith machine for squats, but it's the best i can do aside from the leg press if i want something with a fail-safe in case i need to stop, instead of dropping the bar-bells on the floor. Do you guys think it really makes that big of a difference? I did my "Squats" on the leg press machine on 110, and 120, and i didn't really notice the sore-ness that i got the first time i did it on the smith machine when i first started working out, though i can't tell if that was just because of it being my first squats, or if because i just didn't use enough weight on the leg press. Anyhow, what do you all think?

Leg press doesn't compare to squats at all. Smith squat is mmkay but the movement is a little different.
Leg press doesn't compare to squats at all. Smith squat is mmkay but the movement is a little different.
y u so dumb maucer
I don't like Smith squats because you miss that movement, stabulizorz and muscle coordination. Nothing beats the simple old fashioned back squat in a legsday routine.
