I'm not really a bodybuilder, I just want to build strength. Is this the right thread?
i mean at 365lbs to 385lbs is quite a leap. tbh if you can manage to do it next week then ill be jelly
We'll see in a week I guess and I'll let you all know how I do.
no you want the automotive thread for that sort of thing brah
I'm not really a bodybuilder, I just want to build strength. Is this the right thread?
Do you do weightlifting or just calisthenics?
brum brum brah [editline]26th February 2011[/editline] would be sweet if you were as new as me :D i want someone to pitch against like how perfumbro and VQ are
Do you do weightlifting or just calisthenics?
Callisthenics, because I'm too young to do weightlifting.
Eye for an eye, bruh. If you break my merge i break yours. [editline]26th February 2011[/editline]
Callisthenics, because I'm too young to do weightlifting.
There's a lot of dispute about lifting age but I'd say if you're thirteen or so you're good to go. I think we should make a calisthenics thread

Not really. There's not too much bodybuilding with most calisthenics after a certain point. It's much more toning.
Remember my accident on the bench while doing dumbbell flyes brahs? I can't wait to do chest again this monday, does my accident means my work out was intense and succesful? Does it still counts? It was literally my limit.
It counts if you did the whole rep lol [editline]26th February 2011[/editline]
Not really. Can I do it? Since I'm only doing calisthenics
I agree. I don't do v much calisthenics but I know some about it. So if no one else wants to I can but it will be later cause I have social life and school stuff to do [editline]26th February 2011[/editline]
Can I do it? Since I'm only doing calisthenics
Yeah, bro. Just make it well.
Bros, in this thread we want a positive environment. Even if you think it's funny to be a dick, it may discourage some beginners who are just lurking this thread. This thread is here to help everyone in it so don't flame nomsayin

Define... well
List the benefits of calisthenics and some exercises. Maybe even a routine of some sort. Have some vids or pics of how to do the work outs and shit. [editline]26th February 2011[/editline]
uh oh someone said toning
What the hell is toning???
List the benefits of calisthenics and some exercises. Maybe even a routine of some sort. Have some vids or pics of how to do the work outs and shit.
Oh.. agree, i was almost permanently traumatised a page or two back, could have lost the will to swole all together! i'm still getting over it dw my heart rate has almost calmed down, the cramps in my neck have almost abated
Damn, I get in the new thread and it already lost its new thread smell.
Yo causus have you posted stats or pictures yet lol
nop tbh im not much to look at but that doesnt discredit my advice
Created a calisthenics thread :)
I dislike being a student, 'cus I can't afford a gym card. Once it starts getting a bit warmer outside I'll start taking my bicycle to college (free exercise too), freeing up money from my bus card which will allow me to go to the gym hopefully. When it gets warmer too, I'll probably start jogging, I can't do that now with a layer of ice and -5 degrees Celsius. Provided I follow up on that, that is.

Yeah, I know right. Sweden barely gravels (is that a verb?) their roads, making it fucking slippery. I can barely head over to my bus without risking my neck.
mmmm, I'm liking how im included in the OP. Much love.
The secret to good pics is to have a dumb camera that auto focuses on your sink.
