the amount you will LOOK bigger if you are a bit more cut is more than if you get your temporarly swole on
low bodyfat plays mindfucks on your eyes, especially when you are getting to your level like 8-9
i want to add something i was meaning to earlier but the one week prior things will last for like a day so unless you can meet some fine chicas where ever youre at and give them a good first impression by looking ripped as fuck then dont worry about it and do the carb cut and cardio the whole time.
still sore from last time i did squats, should I still do them today?

How many reps and sets do you guys DL?
Week breaks suck. I'm so sore right now I think I'm going to die.
Maucer: Usually I do around 3 sets of 5 with 280-300lbs, depending on how much I feel like going super saiyan that day.

i do 4-5 sets and I add weight each set. So I have my warm up set where i do about 7 and then end with a hi weight and do about 2 or 3

do more sets of dls
180kg 1RM, that's like 400lb semi-good form. My goal for this year is 200kg (440lb) 1RM perfect form.
I can now do 5x 160kg (350lb) good form without failing grip for 2 to 3 sets, normally I'm struggling a bit more with grip rather than the weight.
It's not super high, I know, but I'm getting there; had a back injury a while ago and have neglected DLs for a while, had to start all over from 130kg, feels bad man.
Luckily it was just one of my back muscles being ghey for a while instead of my spine.

Chest tri's today by the way!
I did 10 10 8 8 8 last time with 100 120 120 130 130kg. Should I do the same reps with every set and use the same weight?
That's a p solid amount of weight for DLs good jerb

If you're talking about DLs that's prob too much reps depending on your goals.
Well at the moment I could use some back mass. But I'm mostly leaning towards strength and I'm gonna do less reps when I've hit my goal.
I'm about to join an actual gym.
It's 10 minutes away from me but since the buses are expensive I don't think I can afford my 6-day split anymore...
walk or bike instead. A six day split is excessive anyway
if I didn't take the bus it'd be an hour away
I don't want that
bike???
fuk that I'll just take the bus
Welllll fine.
like a large tortilla and a sandwich or something, just look at the labels of stuff and then count them up or input it into a food calorie thingy on the web. cookies out would be a good idea , salad dressing is ok depending on what its macros are and ketchup has 4g carbs per 1 tbsp . so just cut down on carbs this week and go for runs during the week, then on the week prior glycogen depletion training and either maintain 50g or lower ( ~0 )
[editline]29th March 2011[/editline]
also you could like the day prior to leaving , carb load like a mother fucker along with a shit ton of creatine and look bigger in a muscular sense but it doesnt last very long ( im only saying this because i remember you being fairly lean), its a trade off tbh, would you rather look more bigger or look like you have less fat ( which plays some nifty tricks optically )
Seriously ketchup has that much? shit i love ketchup
Seriously ketchup has that much? shit i love ketchup
yeh it sucks, there are low carb variants of it but they are pretty pricey . just learn to use spices correctly and you wont really need condiments like that
A) nobody GIVES A FUCK about your shitty abs. Starving Ethiopians have abs too.
B) Eat motherfucker. If you're training hard and getting good quality rest, the rate of of muscle gain will outpace the rate of fat gain, chances are you will actually lose bodyfat, or at the very least maintain the same BF% you are now.
I've been working out for 2 months now and gained about 10lbs. I was thinking to gain more mass first then i will work on my six pack so now i will focus on my weight. Also don't use swear words please it make u sound dumb and uncomfortable.

fyi dont offer your opinion as fact
fyi dont offer your opinion as fact
fyi never said anything was a fact, BUT deadlifts are made for low rep ranges, putting on weight each set is also crucial for deadlifts since you can`t tackle that high of a weight right away
btw more than half the things you say are your opinion because you say IIRC or IM TOO LAZY TO LOOK IT UP BUT
lol

i ve only said iirc like thrice and when i say im to lazy that means i dont want to search for a medical study ,but i was talking about how you go from 6 to 3 reps , i mean pyramid is fine but i would rather it go from 8 to 5 and chances are hes a beginner meaning he doesnt need to do that many sets at all
Why aren't you two married yet?
