how else do those etheopians stay so skinny??? its the tiger exercise
Fuck me I just hate crossfit attitudes in general
"OH MAN LOOK GUYS, WE'RE SO HARDCORE WE PUSH OURSELVES TILL WE PUKE, THEN WE DO MORE AGAIN AND AGAIN AGAIN, YOU CAN'T LIVE IN THE FIRE LIKE US, WE'RE REAL ATHLETES"
I'm a boxer, I know what it's like to push yourself past the point of puking. It's not good for you.

Coming in 2012, the world's greatest exercise, diet and lifestyle program ever conceived.
Tiger running.
Lose fat, increase appetite, appreciate life
*Disclaimer: Tiger running inc is not responsible for injuries or subsequent death you may sustain while performing the program
Second time at the gym. I did 25 lb dumbbell curls, last time I did 20 lb ones. Gotta start somewhere :/

Yo, I'd like to add some mass to my neck, but the exercises for that seem few and far between. Suggestions?
Well do you want to work your traps or your actual neck?
Well do you want to work your traps or your actual neck?
i think my means traps, try powercleans
Both really, as in:

This guy has an ungodly wide neck, as in his actual neck has serious muscle mass, and his traps are pretty beefed too. I was just wondering exercise wise how you grow out a neck like that, because I can't seem to find much data.
Double post :/
lmao that nigga looks like turtle
I would just do traps. Shoulder shrugs, standing rows, etc.
