So I'm 14. I don't do weights, just use my body (press ups, abs, squats) It may sound stupid but does it make sense to just eat absolutely anything, put on weight and as my weight increases so does the amount I lift, thus I grow?
Unless you're planning to get obese, no.
Bodyweight exercises have no use after a week or 2.

Right, please note that I'm 14 and that I had a major growth spurt which is why I am very thin. I eat loads of food, trust me. I need to recover from my growth spurt. I gained 2 kg's this month, so that's good news and I won't do weights yet because I don't wanna mess up my body.

First off, I'd like to be careful. Second, I EAT A SHITLOAD OF FOOD. How do I know this? The people around me. Ffs I eat 6 times as much and yes I actually tested it in an eating competition. Third, the doctor also said that my body simply excretes (is that the correct word?)more substances then most people.

If you workout & keep eating as much as you say you do, you'll gain weight. I'm living proof. I ate a lot but didn't gain a pound before I worked out. Got back to the gym in January and I've gained 15 pounds since.
