In all honesty I was premature and I have a cave-in in the middle of my chest (If you look closely in the pic). Which I can get removed but if I do I have to take time off from lifting. And I don't have a lot of pigment in my skin so I just get bad burns and peel. But you learn to live with. My friends call me "Vanilla Darkness" (idk why lol) but I just embrace it

I see 100 new posts and I come into this shit. Anyhow I'm only lifting like 2-3 days a week right now until summer and idgaf. Still getting stronger. Also reccomend greek yogurt. Shitloads of proteins and depending what kind you get no fat.

Finally got going and im now on my third week of working out and not eating like a fatass, feels good man. Not sure why im still gaining weight though
