oh a while ago? yeah my forearms are nothing impressive, but I really don't focus on them that much, actually I LOL@kids who work out their forearms but weigh like 120 pounds I only do them once a week, I focus on bigger bodyparts nomsayin

I'm pretty sure I can wrist curl more than bicep curl, but it hurts my wrists hahah. I started off only curling 25's back in like Grade 8 and I thought I was jacked hahahahahahahaah.. Well, I was "jacked" compared to all the other kids because they either were fat or skinny with absolutely no muscle, I was skinny-jacked. Now I'm curling 40's, Grade 11 and I probably am like 45 pounds heavier or something.

Not that much, I eat more regularly[/QUOTE] dude lol is this real life not sure if you are joking or not half the stuff you ate is just sugars the only thing are those 5 sandwiches, everything else is just snacks or junk food lol k let me ROUGHLY estimate this pudding: 300-400 calories 3 chocolate cookies: 200-300 calories cookie snack things: 300-400 calories 5 sandwiches (did you eat them all or just one?): each sandwich looks like 250-300 calories, so if you DID eat them all it`s 1250-1500 calories banana: 100 calories whatever the fuck that last thing is: idk like 100?? so with my rough estimate (averaged) it is :[B]2525[/B] calories this means it was probably anywhere from 2000-3000 calories, and then you gotta include all the things you drank so probably 300-500 extra so even with all that you are just around 3000 calories [B]BUT[/B] most of them are from fats, or carbs or sugars lol, have less bread, more meat, less candies and more nuts, etc. but you did eat all of the 5 sandwiches, right?
