What the fuck. I just drank a milk & coffee and I swear it tasted like fucking peanut butter. I don't use sugar with my coffee. Yesterday I drank a few cups of black coffee and it had a strong hint of cheap dark rum. Every time I drink room-temperature water it tastes like sugar water. I've had the sugar water syndrome earlier too a few weeks ago. I've heard ketosis can make stuff taste sweet in your mouth. Weird. I'vent tried to reach ketosis and I've eaten quite lots of carbohydrates, altho I've switched my breakfast from breads to milk quark+yogurt+banana+cottage cheese combo for a week. I also run out of maltose+whey recovery drink a few weeks ago.

He means per dose. Altho for 45 grams you need 400-500 grams of quark + you probably want to blend it with something. It looks like there's only like 250 grams of pudding. What the fuuuck every post doubles
