Surprisingly enough I can lift 60kg (132lbs) easy enough with my bad back. I'm guessing I could lift 70-80kg at max maybe?

I occasionally enjoy the souls of a thousand kings before working out. Gives me that extra boost.

if you really feel the need then i either go w/ a protein bar ( 30g pro 30g carb ) or some kind of pre work out supplement

good for working out
don't take too much (total intake should be less than 200g a day unless you way weigh above average) so you should be getting 2-3 scoops per day at most
have lots of water while you take it
make sure you get a good protein like myofusion or isoflex

the only problem is the shitty brands which have high traces of heavy metals in them, just stick to good brands, get a lot of water and don't overdo it and it will help your muscle gains quite a bit maybe up to 50% precent
