nice brah, back in the ~ good ol dayzzz ~ (a month ago) when I didn't hurt my leg squatting, I was up to 250 for reps
going to start doing them again next week , hopefully is all good

Gahg almost a week without gym. I feel so restless. Tomorrow I'm gonna buy a new card.
One year costs 350 € fomme. There's one thats much cheaper than one, but this is close to my home and I can go there whenever I want (between 6 AM and 23 PM, any day). How much do you pay for your gym?
I pay tuition fees. LOL
I think I pay about 32/35 euro a month for my gym membership.
It's less than 300 meters away from my home.
I'm 6' 2'' (190 CM) and weigh 185 lbs (85 KG (not entirely sure)) and I'm going to lose weight and get in a relatively good shape. If I eat enough (not too much) and jog 3-4 times a week combined with situps, squats and pushups every morning and cutting down on soda and unhealthy shit like pizza and other stuff. Do you guys think this sound like a good 'schedule'? Am poor student, can't afford gym card on my current budget.
If you want to just lose weight, that sounds good. If you want to lose fat and keep muscle, eat more protein (a shitload of protein). If you want to lose fat and gain muscle, eat a shitload of protein and lift heavy shit.

Would you mind posting your diet? I'm trying to keep my carbs as low as possible, its been a challenge to say the least.
