Holy fuck 60 bucks? You can get 5-6 lbs for that amount here. Also, I see you're doing an EC stack? How's that going for you, you think it's good/bad or what? how much weight have you lost since you started the cut and how much are you planning to lose?
finally actually broke 170 a day or two ago. Weighed in at 171 today
finally actually broke 170 a day or two ago. Weighed in at 171 today
Water weight?
I imagined your carbs to be quite a bit lower if you are cutting down for a competition.
Water weight?
170lbs of pure water bro
Bro, let's be fair. You're only 75% water
Weigh has finally begun creeping below 110 kg again after me being sick plus the whole "too many exams" stress ordeal. Next week I'll begin jogging with weighs again plus will restart lifting weighs. I'm planning on scrapping some moves and doing more rounds of the same instead, to keep the form better. Any suggestions on what moves I should do, if I want to keep the same order as before (mon biceps, back, abs; wed shoulders, legs, abs; fri chest, triceps, back, abs)?

( ive seen a few studys about increase GH production , not entirely convinced but worth a try i guess) watch anything i say about his diet/method get discredited because he is swole as all fuck ;__;
Jogging with weighs = more fun than jogging without Feel free to suggest a better 3-way split, it doesn't really matter to me if I am to use a less varied schedule
i ran 2.5 kms today will keep posting here if you guys don't mind it to keep my mind on it i guess
I've tried running 2kms every night, feels good man.
I'm going to try to DB bench 105's for 5 reps terder. WISH ME LUK [editline]8th April 2011[/editline] Also, creo que we should have un running thread for WF
Hey bros, I don't see any progress on my back. Find the differences. :eng101: Also, what's wrong with my biceps? One appears more defined than the other. Like one has less fat than the other. idk.

Your back looks wider in February but more defined in April..
This is gayswiss double posting everywhere [editline]8th April 2011[/editline] This is gayswiss double posting everywhere.
Yes, I have steam (majorhelper), feel free to add me. I'll be heading off to bed now
Also, what's wrong with my biceps? One appears more defined than the other. Like one has less fat than the other. idk.
Thats nothing. Rofl you'd laugh if you saw my biceps. Right one is literally twice as defined even when I try to stress everything evenly. There also seems to be a huge difference between my upper abs. You can barely feel the highest one on the right, but left one is a huge lump. Maybe something's fucked up with my bone structure. Btw am I the only one who doesn't do any bicep curls? I even do pullups with wide grip and with back of my hands facing towards me. The only clearly bicep-stressing workout I do is the lat pull down with a small V-handle. The reason I haven't done 'em is cause I've already had nicely developed biceps, but now as the rest of my body has caught up I'm going to add curls to my routine.
sounds like a strong case of shit genetics
Oh shit I just realize how fucked up my abs are. Took a pic. Please note that the only light source was directly in the middle, behind and above the camera. Look at how much lower the 2nd left ab is. No scoliosis or anything.
That's pretty normal afaik. I have a very mild case of pectus excavatum, and the left side of my ribcage protrudes a fair bit, kinda like this (not quite as much though. [editline]9th April 2011[/editline] only picture i could find was of a chick.

... those are just uneven biceps. One is bigger, thas all.
muscle inbalances muscle inbalances everywhere
