So I do a daily workout which consists of: 4x12 Bicep curls 4x12 Hammer curls 4x12 Concentrated curls 3x12 Some lying down tricep exercise 3x12 another kind of tricep exercise 1x25 bending this spring thing for pecs 1x25 bending the spring thing upwards 100 various ab exercises I run 5k every other day. My weights are 6kg each which might seem small, but its because I started with like barely any muscles. Would you guys consider this to be a good workout? Anything I could add or improve on?
You do that every day?

A new schedule has been received from Casus, will see how it feels like. It's definitely built on the less is more principle rather than my DO EVERY EFFING MOVE IN THE WORLD schedule. But seriously though, how can someone like him be so different when talked to directly :P
