People that similarly fit your description come to probably every gym. They just go to feel like they're doing something so they can pat themselves on the back later and have not done any sort of researching with the mentality "I'll just lift heavy stuff. Nothing to it"
Yeah, it wouldn't be so irritating if they didn't hog all the benches and apparatuses, so they can sit and talk. If people ask them if they use it, they sometimes say they're using them(even if they aren't) or move to another bench. And the caps, why would you wear a cap inside a gym? /endrant
I hate this woman who left her cellphone and stuff on the bench, when she just saw me using the bench. And when I asked her to put away her things, she ignored me. I can't believe how rude some people is.
A nice chest day nonetheless.
At my uni gym you have less idiots but they're still pretty inevitable. People will just leave their shit on the bench and go do something else and be nowhere in sight for a good ten minutes.

Not to mention when people leave weights on the squat rack so you have no idea if anyone is using it or not
At my gym, there's 40+ year old women trying to check up younger guys. None of the women look any good though. You can mostly spot them, by seeing them sitting near where the gym regulars(some of them are bulky as fuck)work out, chatting away and giving random compliments. They too hog the benches and apparatuses. My new strategy, is to start training a little earlier, so I can avoid most of them.
I just jump on it even if there is weights on. I mean if they were on it they would say something and I just say "Oh my bad man."
In the end it works out cause they let me in rotation

Good idea. I usually do the same.
yeah because i love having to keep add another 100+ lbs inbetween sets because some skinny twink decided to get on my squat/bench
Just put your dirty underwear on it, and no one will touch it.

Her shit would have been on the floor. I'm not for being an ass, but if someone asks you nicely and you can't move it, i'll move it to the floor for you.

Got myself signed up for football. I started lifting today and benched about 90 lbs. Is that near a good mark for an out of shape 14 year old? I'll be lifting 3 times a week now, so I'm hoping to get that up.

Yea you want to get that bench up. Make sure you get a nice workout routine, maybe your coach can provide you with a good one? Your bench will def improve though just make sure you stick with it
Inb4 casus' comment that I'm wrong

SO MUCH RAGE
Legs feel like jelly now after 4,5+4,5km walk with 5ish sprints of a couple dozen meters each with a 10kg backpack.
I do that everyday when i wake up with five minutes to get to class.
Yeah yeah Binsky, I know you're superior.
EDIT: after a re-read I think that was supposed to be a joke of sorts.
Lol it was. Love ya, Bro <3
i'm now 74kg
there goes all the water I guess
How much weight do you guys work with on deadlifts?
How much weight do you guys work with on deadlifts?
I go up until I hit my max. Then decrease they weight and try for more reps each time I decrease the weight
Something like:
135 x 6
225 x 3
315 x 1
355 x 1
315 x 3
225 x 10
135 x 12
Something around there I believe
i ran today too, i'm improving yay
