no, do leg press and calf raises why the fuck wouldn't you
do you only do bench for chest and shoulder press for shoulders and that's it
isolation should be mixed with compound lifts, not one or the other

I can hardly walk after squats. I don't think I'm ready to mix them but I guess I will from now on.

Shit! I made a comparision between a picture of my front side on december and one from this month.
My chest looked better back in december somehow, now it looks disproprotional and weird.
And I lost my abs, and my waist got big, I'm sexy no more.
To hell with bulking, I will go on a massive cut now. :/

Start with some leg extensions to warm up, go to leg press 4 sets 10 reps, then move onto squats and finish off with some leg curls.
Do you have the pectus?

im like 99% done my cut and I am looking skinnier but I think I still look as big, the definition helps quite a bit

Also I read that hard gainers should eat till full and drink 4 liters of full fat cows milk a day, which heavily brings up the daily calories. 4 liters = 3000 calories in itself.

I searched for "skinny twink" in google, and the results were not what I hoped..
Gonna hit the gym really hard with my head, and maybe laugh at the caps-hoodie people again.
Nice to see some good progress. I'd always trained on dumbbells and could bench 95KGs for reps, on a bar I would be lucky to bench 50Kgs for reps. In the last month I've focussed on the bar and started on 40KGs, a month later I'm benching 75KGs on the bar and making quick progress through the weights. Feels like I'm getting a better burn using the bar, isolating the chest a lot more than the dumbbells did, I still use dumbbells for incline benching though, just to stop the dominant side taking over too much when using the bar.
Have only had to call for help once, on the last set trying to burn out. Struggled to keep the bar off my chest before someone came over to help out :v:

Except it doesn't happen. At all.
Yeah okay it does sometimes, but it's not nearly as prevalent as most twinks think it is. "OH NOES ILL GET THE CATABOLICS IF I DONT EAT EVERY 3 HOURS." Your body goes to a [B]lot[/B] of trouble to create more lean tissue as a response to what it perceives to be an environment that needs you to have protective tissue that allows you to pick up heavy shit and jerk off faster. It's not just going to just let it go that easily.
IMO, muscle loss is an overhang from pro bb'ers who are are past their body's natural threshold and so of course holding onto to every extra lb of muscle is much harder. Naturally jerks who aren't anywhere near this size think they will have the same predicament.

The depression of my chest doesn't look really developed. But I just took a look at the picture and noticed a mild-sunken area below my chest, what do you mean?
