Or just stir it vigorously once you get close to finishing it, that way all the little creatine particles are floating in the water so you can easily down it.

are instant noodles good when (preferably clean) bulking? i know they are unhealthy and all that stupid shit but FUARK they are tasty. the ones i'm planning to eat are suspiciously low in calories and fat too. (90cals and 1g fat)

Instant noodles aren't filling at all, it's mostly water and salt anyways.
those aren't your usual deep-fried noodles though they have 10g carbs, 3g protein and only 1g fat and near to no sodium content (if you don't add the flavoring obviously durr) I'm thinking that they aren't deep-fried at all, they could have made them with some other method
Who the hell buys deep fried noodles. Are those the ones which smell absolutely horrible and usually come with some kinda of a spice mix which you add into the water? Why not just buy rice noodles if you need noodles.

To work off stress, I just kinda grabbed whatever gear i had around my room and worked. I don't have any DB's so I borrowed some 10 lb ones from my little brother. I did deadlifts, pullups/chinups, pushups, curls, flys, and crunches. Good times.
