I meant 25kg, not lbs. I'm from the middle-east. We use logic, bitches.

My friend dropped a 20 kg plate and got a few of his toes crushed.

Ok, now your boasting makes more sense. Thank god this isn't a competition.
Thank god this isn't a competition.
Ow goddammit, I was walking and then a car fell on my foot from a km high. [editline]25th April 2011[/editline] It's a little bruised, is that normal?
Guys, my little toe just got hit by a falling space shuttle, what do? EDIT: quality 300th post right here
I lost my toes in Vietnam after stepping on a grenade to save my entire platoon.
Weightlifting/bodybuilding thread - people dropping weights on toes.
Guise, weightlifting has helped me. I'm not being pushed around easily in football (except by the 300 lb lineman looolololo) I'm stronger and can tackle better, and block better. So, thank you weightlifting.
I am the embodiment of weightlifting. You're welcome

My left arm is noticeably smaller than my right arm (probably like .5 inches) and yet just as strong. I hate my life.
Been reading this part of the forum a little now and then so forgive me if I missed a post where anyone brought this up, but I'm trying to find a good workout routine or whatever you call it. Preferably a 2 day split. Figured you guys might know a place where I can find one. Not sure what sites I can trust on this and I barely know anyone who goes to the gym.

Those are some great training apps, if you're not sure. If you go to the gym, ask one of the trainers there.
Anyone got any advice on how to get a slim toned/athletic body? I'm weighing 48kg and would like to start up a workout plan although I have a hectic schedule and having problems with it. Also don't have any access to gym or any equipment of the sorts and my physical fitness is quite terrible at this time

IDK I'm not a doctor.
Could someone post a decent 3-day split schedule? All I could come up with: Monday-Rest Tuesday-Chest/Tris Wednesday-Rest Thursday-Back/Bis/Forearms Friday-Rest Saturday-Legs/Shoulders/Rotator Cuff Sunday-Rest I'll probably end up changing this a lot if I go with this.
That seems p good. You could try a push pull one like mine: 1 chest back 2 legs abs 3 arms and shulds
wow I actually forgot abs and traps fffffff
A lot of shoulder exercises work traps yo.
yeah i know but shrugs still count as traps isolation afaik
I prefer standing rows but WHATEVER FLOATS YOUR BOAT
Shrugs errryday
I love shrugs. They feel great. So Deadlifts hurt my hands like crazy. Should I buy some weight lifting gloves? Everybody else is just using chalk when lifting. We all have nasty calicoes on our hands from it and they hurt all the time. Would gloves be a good buy?
shrugs are the type of exercise that I actually love doing and don't usually like taking more than 1 min breaks while with exercises that I don't like the breaks can go up to 4 minutes.

Shrugs are p much all I do all day during class anyway. WHY WOULD I WANT TO DO THEM AT THE GYM???
Suck it up. Calluses will build up. Pain is part of the pleasure, for me at least.
Pain is part of the pleasure, for me at least.
masochism is strong in this post
