[editline]28th April 2011[/editline] This website is your friend http://www.exrx.net/Lists/Directory.html
Thanks Binsky! Think I'm hitting back today.. Deads, here I come.
Another quick question, I lift Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, exercising various parts of my body (Upper, lower, upper, lower). What's the best way to gain focus on muscle mass as opposed to strength, as my strength seems to succeed my visual muscle mass by quite a bit, are there particular forms or types of exercise that can focus on this?

I had pains in my wrist about 2 weeks ago so I stopped lifting for a little bit to let it heal up, I went back again yesterday and it still hurts. Should I invest in a brace of some sort? It doesn't hurt doing any day to day activities, only when lifting.

I don't think I need to go to a doctor for something this small. Its fine in my day to day activities, just when i lift it hurts. Nothing unbearable, but I don't want it to get worse.
Lift less for some time, give tendons time to strengthen. Maybe you'll need some weeks until you're good to go, but it's harder to cure it once you've fucked up.

Hey bros! I broke my camera, but I'm happy, I'm starting to see results in my chest, it even looks good with the pectus. Speaking of chest, today is chest day. On a negative side, today there is a party. I really want to stay sober, but it's almost impossible when everyone is encouraging you, and you're not enjoying yourself. The thought of empty calories is evil.
Pffft I'm going to be the devil and say just have fun. Drinking isn't going to do that much as long as you stay physically active and you don't do it regularly. And hell yeah my pectus army is growing. It's my chest day too but it's going to kind of suck because I plan on climbing for 2 hours before the work out since it's the last day the campus wall is open for the semester.
Wrist will never heal if you keep lifting and not give it enough rest. Have fun [editline]29th April 2011[/editline]
Pffft I'm going to be the devil and say just have fun. To the max.
Boooo. I can't go on my Track Meet at Cambridge University because I can't throw the shot to 30 feet. I blame these insane shin splints. I eventually got so fed up at the end of the day that I was out there throwing one after the other, my shins screaming and my arm aching. That was a bad idea but luckily I didn't injure my arm. Damn its so frustrating not making a goal in this sport because I'm just not STRONG enough, its throwing a BALL to anybody who doesn't know what it is and nobody even watches field events. If only I could run :/ All this pent up anger and energy would be good tomorrow I guess. Pushing through my sets out of pure determination. 2 more meets left in the season. Heres to hoping I can make it!
Use a weighted (armed) grenade in the last meeting to get the extra push the get as far away from it as possible. EDIT: and don't forget the roar, the roar is what carries the ball, not the throw itself, that merely gives the first shove.
