and if you want to build muscle and cut at the same time do a recomp... it takes 5x longer than bulking and cutting though...

About eating: For instance:
Breakfeast: 500 Calories
Oatmeal,Banana,Protein shit, skim milk.
inbetween: 200
Apple Orange, and a yogurt
Lunch:500
Meatyass sandwich with cheese. Some Veggies on the side.
And then WORKOUT 60-90 min.
(Protein)
inbetween:200
Almonds, Avacado, and shit like this.
Dinner:700
More meaty shit, a shit load of veggies etc, skim milk.
Before bed: Protein shake.

Working out while trying to lose fat is the best way to lose fat. If you eat enough protein it means that you'll only lose fat and not muscle, and it burns some calories. You should have been doing weight training from the beginning.

It won't matter if they're 50000 calories each. If the total sum of calories eaten per day doesn't exceed what he needs, it doesn't matter.
It's just that most people underestimate just how many calories nuts contain.

Should I bulk? It's almost summer and I would like to keep my abs visible (semi-visible, only when flexing).
I'm 16 years old, 103 pounds, 164 cm tall.
Also, does bulking makes you get some fat, 100% chance?
And last question: how can I split my workout in 3 days? (I workout at home and the only equipment I have are dumbbells)

So I got kinda fat from Easter and the month or so of shitty eating. Don't really have concrete goals but looking good with my shirt off by the end of the year is the main one. Gonna spend a few months losing the fat and a few months gaining some muscle, what would be the best order to do that in?

I feel so sick. Last night I had domino's for dinner, and for my breakfast and lunch today I had leftovers both times because I was too lazy to make anything. But for dinner I had some really good spaghetti at a friend's house. Tomorrow I will probably play tennis, today was pretty shitty outside.
