So I got kinda fat from Easter and the month or so of shitty eating. Don't really have concrete goals but looking good with my shirt off by the end of the year is the main one. Gonna spend a few months losing the fat and a few months gaining some muscle, what would be the best order to do that in?
Depends on how much "kinda fat" is and whether you already have a decent amount of muscle.
Almost always I'd say get lean first, assuming you have enough muscle mass to not look like a crackhead when you reach 10% bodyfat.
On the other hand, some guys find they build muscle much better at 15-17% bodyfat.

I've got plenty of muscle, it hasn't gone away. I still want to build though as I felt a bit emasculated by my friends who are builders and have biceps wider than their heads. Kinda fat would be about 25% body fat and I think the lowest I have ever been was 17% so I got no idea how I'd go building muscle like that. It's pretty easy right now but whether that is because I have a higher body fat or because I am built like a brick shithouse and have a high protein diet is unknown.
Should I bulk? It's almost summer and I would like to keep my abs visible (semi-visible, only when flexing).
I'm 16 years old, 103 pounds, 164 cm tall.
Also, does bulking makes you get some fat, 100% chance?
And last question: how can I split my workout in 3 days? (I workout at home and the only equipment I have are dumbbells)
Well I'm as tall as you but 20kg/45 pounds heavier than you and I still have what I consider "a small frame" and with low bodyfat (around 9 or under?)
You don't need to bulk. Especially when you're a beginner. I'm one of those who don't do the bulk/cut and still get great results. I do eat a little bit of extra calories most of the days but I always try to eat with high protein ratio (lots of fat too, but not ketosis-low carbs). I may eat less on rest days and I run 7-20km 1-3 times a week.
I wonder what my bf is. Last time I was at gym I clearly saw in the mirror that my deltoid forms of several parts/filaments.
Hokey guys you may get this question a lot, but what is the most effective method of getting decent arms if youre small? What foods should I eat and what weights should I life how many times and how often? People at school walk the fuck over me and I hate it
I read the OP and there's lots of imfo in it. But what about a simple routine of push ups and reps over general fitness?
eat high protein foods. For lifting you probably should do 3-4 sets of 5-8 reps to gain mass.
back from the gym
was nice, but it's REALLY small, only 3 benches, dumbbells only up to 35lbs and lacks a lot of machines too.
gonna try out another one sometime later.
ONLY 3 benches? The one I went to for 1,5 years had only two!
the one that my other friend told me about had 10
I'll definitely check that out before paying for a month
lol DB's only up to 35s?
i'd die.
The one I use has only two regular benches, but there are separate benches for other stuff.
DB's to around 130 pounds/60kg
I don't even know how many Benches my gym has. It also has DB's up to 120
well fuck, I'll go to that other gym then
also I did rape my chest really hard today though, tried to do a set of dips to finish it and fukin collapsed
thank god I was alone
I did arms today and they huuuurttt...
Haven't worked out forever, at least a month and half.
Anyways I took some videos at ~250. Going to upload them later.

I know just a suggestion
I wanna start doing training to get strenght and endurance, mass is my last choice.
I am birth to be slim, 5"8 and only 135 lbs at 18 years old, probably my metabolism, i beleive i wont gain much weight in this case.
I was thinking to start with a 100 push up a day or more, I can make between 20-30 real push up before i stop.
But ive heard that doing that everyday can be bad.
Ive got cardio already, walking with friend often around city, and running if i am alone.
Advice?

Nothing is wrong with gaining mass. I was 6'0 135lbs. Now I'm 6'0 175lbs and I still consider myself a skinny phuck

Your right, but i am gonna need a plan, preferably at home since i dont have cash for gym. Ive also heard that doing training everyday is bad and wont let my muscle recover.

Bench+Triceps extensions if thats all you want....
i honestly just to gain an extra 25lbs, but no matter how much i eat/ exercise i remain a twig
sounds like more stc !!!
Well, ive done what i said yesterday before going to sleep, 20 pushups, then 20 pullup 20, then another 20 pushups untill i reach 100 on both, but i havent feel any pressure or pain on my arms and torso, is that ok or is it because i would need more? But i must admit that i could make more.
Also im on citalopram treatement to help my anxiety, and it cut hunger by quite lot, so calorie would be hard.
jesus christ I hate when people say "herp derp I eat a lot but i can't gain shit"
no you fucking don't eat a lot, you probably eat like 2000 calories worth of bullshit along with 0 protein
get a decent diet and then start complaining about being skinny

push-ups won't gain you any mass or strength, especially if you're a stick.
I beleive that i need to get started before push ups could worth it?
Anyway, i was looking for a home based workout, there is several on google but i dont know which i should take, preferably a guide that has everything.
