home workout is useless if you don't have weights at home or you could be a skinny calisthenics phaggot
home workout is useless if you don't have weights at home or you could be a skinny calisthenics phaggot
I might be able to find some cash to buy a dumbells or 2, depending if i should get more weight and less rep or less weight and more rep.
definitely more weight and less reps (8-12)
I guess i could begin with 20-25 lbs dumbbells, i know that protein is the key, but eating lot of calories is extremly hard with my medication, i feel permanantly full with that shit, solution? My main goal is to get more strengh. Is this plan looking good? Except i would need 2 dumbbells. http://www.muscleandstrength.com/workouts/dumbbell-only-home-or-gym-fullbody-workout.html
or you could be one of the cool kids and make your own routine
Thats why i need suggestion instead of working out and get no result.
Home workout isn't useless. Not that efficient for building lots of muscle, but definitely not useless.
I dont need to build lots of muscle, but strength and some muscle.
I hate people that hate other people who grunt. Remember, if you ain't grunting, you ain't working hard enough
I hate people that hate other people who grunt. Remember, if you ain't grunting, you ain't working hard enough
I fucking pass gas, that's how hard I work. If you ain't farting or risking prolapsing your anoose, you ain't working hard enough [editline]3rd May 2011[/editline] Hernia here I come

Speaking of breathing is everyone here doing the proper breathing technique? http://ezinearticles.com/?Proper-Breathing-Technique-For-Weight-Lifting&id=1110411 pretty basic stuff but it's important

Who needs to be taught how to do basic living?
I don't think everyone does that automatically. When I first started back in the day I didn't.
also I'm back from the new gym, was fuking awesome. 5 benches, some incline and decline too dumbbells up to 120lbs and a shit load of different modern machines yeah i'm defo picking this one
Good for you.
I've farted while lifting, srs
I fart while deadlifting all the time. Proper loud ones too, just right style. Not too hard, not wet, no burn, good amount of pressure coming out of your anus hole, the kind of fart that leaves your asshole feeling cleansed. If people look my way I just look at them like "GOT BEEF NIGGA?"
I go to this fancy gym as well, but it's not necessary. It's just easier when they have all the proper equipment right there for you, and the environment is made specifically for the purpose of getting fit, with little distractions and such. I'm new to working out myself, trying to gain definition in my form. It can be hard to work out consistently, especially if you don't have the proper motivation. I tend to only be able to go late at night, since I don't have access to a car until the evening. I go about every other day, work out at home in-between. It's nice to be able to go after a long day and sorta get away from whatever, to just focus on self-improvement. It's also nice to have almost all of the equipment free. The downside is not really having the chance to work out with anyone. It's much easier to work out effectively with someone else working with you I imagine. Like, I'd love to do some more intense bench work, but I really don't want to try that without a workout buddy, since I'm fairly new to it all. Would be a horrible way to go.

I just finished reading Arnold Schwarzenegger's Encyclopedia of Modern Bodybuilding. Jesus Fuck. Can't wait until the summer, my brother will be driving me to a gym. The only access I've had to a gym is my school's weight room, which my gym class, unfortunately, only goes to every thursday. I've only gone three times, but I love it. I got really motivated when I saw this in the book: It's Arnold at 16 years old, and I just turned 15. When I do that pose, everything except my quads is more detailed. I think I can get a great physique if I really start hitting the gym now :D Can't wait to do some squats and fix these pathetic legs.

I take a breath, lift, hold while lifting, exhale as I'm going down. Well, I guess now I know.
Can't you go after school?
They don't have any schedule - They're literally open whenever the supervisor teacher feels like it. They make you pay $15 each year to get in, which is an amazing deal, but the school year is almost over, and I'm extremely cheap. At the moment, I think I'm fine for the next few weeks. I have put a pipe in the wall to use as a chin-up bar, and I'm picking up dumbbells and ankle weights hopefully soon. I also got some nice calves done by just holding a bunch of heavy crap and going up and down on my toes. being poor ftw
Wow that sucks. Like usually at least 2-3 of the 5 supervisors are in there each day.
Since it's summer I've been trying to get back into shape. Other than playing basketball and dancing, I need to do some basic exercises. So far this is what I do to warm up: Push-ups Sit-ups Planks A lot of stretching Dumbells I'm basically looking to improve my core and upper body strength. I think my legs are pretty good since I run a bit. Any suggestions? I have no access to a gym by the way, so most of the exercises will have to be done without equipment.
all you need are dumbbells, barbells, and plates. How heavy do your DB's go?
