As long as your ok with being a fat lard then i guess there's nothing wrong with it [editline]8th May 2011[/editline] Also, it can clog arteries and raise your cholesterol
Calves hurt again, I lack non-concrete track. I'm gonna check in with the local foot orthopedist, my outer left foot has spikes of pain if I run, it's probably my extreme case of flat-foot-ness
I got flat foot too and my calves started hurting like hell when I started working on them, every time I stretched them, I would get really painful muscle spasms and crap. Someone told me I lacked potassium and since then I've been eating a banana each day, and the problem seems to be gone. Bananas are cool.
I've lost all the gains I've got this winter when I fell ill. Lost like 10 pounds total so far, radical. 148 - 138 another 30 days until I can even run again.
yup my entire big toenail is half off. I´ll take some pics of the inevitable toe nail extraction process just because i love you all so much ;)
I was deep squatting 275 yesterday. My lest set and last rep I couldn't get up so I made the mistake of leaning forward. Now my lower back kills :(
next time just let yourself fall. [editline]9th May 2011[/editline] if you were in a power cage, that is
FFUUUU, don't talk about your goddamn toenail Binsky, talk about big toe tenails gone bad is my weak point and it does massive mental damage everytime I hear/see something about it. In other news, my feet, left knee and back hurt from standing hunched over some distillation etc. apparatus in lab work. Repeat the same for tomorrow, wed and thu and I'll be crippled for life *cry*.
I'll be on a 4 week vacation soon, and during that time I won't have any weight lifting equipment. How do I avoid losing strength and muscle?

Probably later tonight. ;) [editline]9th May 2011[/editline]
I'll be on a 4 week vacation soon, and during that time I won't have any weight lifting equipment. How do I avoid losing strength and muscle?
If you have one of those door way pull up bar those are p good. You can also bike or run up some steep hills. Do push ups with your legs propped up on a bed or something (even try them with claps). Farmer's carry groceries or something. [editline]9th May 2011[/editline] Also, today at the gym my work out buddy and I were going to the cables to do lat raises. My buddy was ahead of me and there was an old guy behind him and i was lagging behind the old guy. Our gym only has three cable machines you can do lat raises on well and two were taken so I was really hoping that the old guy was going to turn and get on some other machine. Turns out the old guy wanted the cable machine too. So my friend offers to let him jump in with us as I walk up. I agree that it would be more than fine, the old man turns and notices me for the first time and gropes my arm and says something to the affect that I'm too big. He then said he would jump on some other equipment and come back to the cables. Moral of the story: old people really don't give a fuck.
Can I grope your arms as well Binsky?
I did this today: *Barbell squat 12 kg / 3x5 *Bench press 14 kg / 4x12 *Push ups 4x12 *Deadlift 14 kg / 1x5 *Dumbbell bicep curls 7kg / 3x8 Is it good enough or am I doing something wrong?
Can I grope your arms as well Binsky?
Of course, BB ;) [editline]9th May 2011[/editline]
I did this today: *Barbell squat 12 kg / 3x5 *Bench press 14 kg / 4x12 *Push ups 4x12 *Deadlift 14 kg / 1x5 *Dumbbell bicep curls 7kg / 3x8 Is it good enough or am I doing something wrong?
is there a reason as to why you're doing a barbell squat and that you're squatting less than you're benching? [editline]9th May 2011[/editline] Also, what are you trying to target exactly???
12kg squats? not sure if srs
I'm 47 kg and 12kg squats have been challenging enough. Also I could've benched a little more weight. I was trying to do a full body workout
You're going to see minimal progress on a schedule like that. Also, it is almost impossible for anyone to bench more than they squat. You should try doing it with a barbell so you don't have to worry about your forearms pussying out.
phuck yeah just noticed I have dem veins on arms and abs my cut is working
He's already doing squats with a barbell. [editline]9th May 2011[/editline]
You're going to see minimal progress on a schedule like that.
Should I just follow SS then?
This is the workout I use to use when I just started lifting. It's not the greatest but it semi-worked for me. Your welcome to try it if you want but I don't highly recommend it: http://www.askmen.com/sports/bodybuilding_60/69c_fitness_tip.html

I'm eager to do this.
He's already doing squats with a barbell. [editline]9th May 2011[/editline] Johnny Bravo.
Shit I misread. MY B. My toe hurts so god damn much that I can´t even read right [editline]9th May 2011[/editline]
Should I just follow SS then?
SS is a p solid routine. Def better than whaturr you´re doing ahora
Any reason in particular that this is a bad routine? I'm eager to do this.
Just the fact that you work a muscle group every other day. You can try it I mean I gained 10lbs on it in like 5 months. Which isn't the greatest. I just got use to a 3-day split I guess. Your free to try it if you wish
how many calories a day should I be eating when I do a weight lifting routine daily. Aprox 1hr. I'm still trying to burn 2 lbs of body fat per week.
Fuck I sprained my ankle so I can't squat without it hurting :( But I swear I'm gonna get fucking big this summer for next season. And fuck shit up for football.
So, decided to become a male cheerleader, since I dislike the football coach and think the idea of throwing 90 pound girls up two stories sounds kind of fun. I'm not really muscular, to be honest, so I'm mainly using it for a reason to get bigger along with getting to yell shit a lot. What's a good workout schedule for this manly decision I've made?
Explains the faster visual results a bit. I put on like 35lbs and it's hardly noticeable [editline]7th May 2011[/editline] cuz im like 6'1 [editline]7th May 2011[/editline] and i looked anorexic when i started
so would you say that after this improvement you would be confident in a fight with somebody? moreso than before?
Is running on a treadmill 30 minutes 3 times a day at a decent pace with a semi-decent diet a good weight loss plan for over the summer? I really need to lose weight and become more athletic over the summer, and a treadmill is the only equipment we can buy right now, I don't want to become stronger, I want to be more athletic (longer running distance, not so tired after long running periods, etc). I can't really change anything in the plan other than a stricter diet, but that would just make it more stressful on me.
Since it's summer, can't you just run outside? I like it better anyway, and spend the money one a gym membership?
Bro's I think Ima rip off my toenail tonight. GET EXCITED
so would you say that after this improvement you would be confident in a fight with somebody? moreso than before?
Before I would have got my shit kicked in by most people. Now I'm much stronger than the average guy so yes.
