Not again brahs... Same chest accident again, on the second set. My left arm loses balance, right arm fails, dumbbell hits my chest, and I fall.
Does that mean, I'm using too much weight? I'm doing 10 KG each dumbbell.. I think I will go back to 7 KG. :frown:
Are you doing normal push ups or chest flies or what?

If you can't do the workout without dropping the weights and hurting yourself then either
A. You're doing too much.
B. You need a spotter.
My max squat last week was 275lbs, I did it 6 times today :D
Chest flies is a pretty demanding excercise, I only use 6,5 kg.
Chest day was a great success. I upped weight on everything. I dumbbell flied 70´s for 6 reps and benched 10 more than I expected I would for 4 reps (had help on the last).
I also climbed pretty fucking well for working out so hard.

fuaaark so as a burnout to every chest day I do some pushups (hard as fuark at the end after all the other chest shit)
today I did pushups with my legs about 30 inches raised up on some bench thing, I was like wtf, this shit hurts my abs too, so I did some pushups with it, then plank, then pushups again
it was awesome

Nein. Your muscle insertions determine if they will be swole in the middle or not, there is no muscle and there can't be any muscle ontop of that part of binsky's sternum. My pecs are pretty close together but alas they are tiny as fuck so you can't really see it.
